Exactly! The logic of it all gets so twisted over time. Oh and it was 3 hand creams and a foot cream too 20 quid a pop but they last for aaaaages. as opposed to one night that leaves you wanting more

I think the craving was triggered by nerves. Cunty director face crossed my mind several times today So glad I made the right choice even though I still ended up 80 quid poorer anyway.

Had a minor medical procedure this afternoon. Am currently enjoying legal drugs! Codeine is fabulous!

Am having some more then floating to bed!! I'm ok, I'm not unwell as such just got a few more "procedures" in my future.

Expensive skin care - I have l'occcitaine hand cream, it's marvelous. For the face it's Eve Lom all the way. It even makes me look human after a swim in deep waters.

Was your procedure a face lift Serial? I'm going to need one if I carry on the way I am.

I'm having extensive plastic surgery before I move to Columbia Lost. Long term it's cheaper than Eve Lom!!

Well I'm still clean after pillgate. Rolling to end of school summers hols. Probably boozing a bit too much but feel better without the Coke. DD1 starts secondary next week so expecting fireworks. Not same school as any of her mates ( In London they seem to really split up - 20 different schools from our primary). Tips gratefully received.

Back to facelifts - I'm in my late forties and swear by a facial
Cleansing oil. I've been using uma Brennan's and it's expensive - tenner a bottle - but lasts for months and months and smells divine. My skin feels so much better. Thought I would share it with you surfer ladies. Can really counteract a trip overboard!

While we having a style and beauty moment I have recently discovered serums - my god they are good! Obvs, if I stopped smoking, drinking and taking drugs I wouldn't bloody need it.

Any particular serum serial?

Thanks for the skin tips, I've never tried serums. Some mornings after the night before I do feel like going out with a paper bag on my head.

I hope your dd isn't fretting too much about her new school Ponz. I'm sure they'll be others in the same boat not knowing many others? I remember being filled with dread the last week of the summer holidays before starting a new school, she has my sympathy.

Have a horrible headache where I feel really dizzy and sick if I bend down today. Not sure what that's all about Typical, I've kept my nose clean all week and get a weird headache thing anyway.

This is the first September that I won't have a child at school! DD2 is off to uni in a couple of weeks and DD1 to do a masters. House will be quiet!

That's a huge change Dusty. You must be proud of them. My oldest ds is going to sixth form college, not such a big step. I worry mine will never leave home..

Interesting Serial. I've never heard of "coke dick" before but some fairly open minded responses.

Really happy today because I woke up and wasn't dizzy! My weird headache has gone fingers crossed. Felt awful yesterday, the dizziness was making me feel sea sick.
This has given me extra motivation to start looking after my health better. I have a feeling my sinuses are fucked.

For some reason the duvet in a tin can (yuk) makes me think of Mr BI Hooch and the night he lunged at you.

I thought my headache might be dehydration so I've been drinking water like it's going out of fashion. Who knows.
