How did it go Lost?

Got the job . I managed to power through most of the nerves.
I now have the afternoon off to lie in the garden recovering from the stress.

I'm paying for my weekend with ... cystitis. Feel terrible, off work today.

I really pay for it if I party hard these days too. We must be getting old!

It's not an amazing job but better money and I have to use my brain more. It is subject to reference checks yet though. Hopefully it will deter me from going in to work in bits from the night before which I can get away with in my present job.

Hello all, hate to be one of those that joins a thread then disappears, however, some very sad news at the end of April has stopped me from posting.

Cue 3x a week calls to friends dealer since then.

Very pissed off at my weakness/ inability to find another coping mechanism than coke

Sorry to hear your woes Dusty - it's the fucking worst. I used to suffer constantly and the only thing to help (apart from antibiotics) is to take cranberry capsules every day to keep it at bay and if I have a heavy night I take 3 of them the morning after. for you, hope you've got some antibiotics now.
