Agree lost. I've finally figured if I ain't got it I can't use it. I'm already peri menopausal and borderline alcohol dependent ( albeit very high functioning). Add cocaine into the mix and there is one unstable mofo. Then I find I can't tell what's down to the kids and what's down to me but there is far too much screeching in the house from all of us.

Am trying to get some zen into my life.
