Afternoon all, I am now fully recovered and full of good intentions. I have a night out planned on Saturday but I'm going to drive so won't drink (which is my trigger to throw caution to the wind) I hope I have got it all out of my system now.

I've done nothing wrong and so I'm digging deep to stop a relapse.

Unfortunately I drank 1.5 bottles of wine last night and my nerves are in shreds so anything encouraging please let rip, don't be shy! If I relapsed I'd definitely OD because tolerance so low after 210 days, and u just can't have that!!
