Anyway, let me be the first person to say that this topic is shit without cod. So there

SenorToucan · 17/03/2009 13:25

I AGREE

they do
noobs come on and decry us without even investigating this fashion concept.

JustCallMeGoat · 17/03/2009 13:27

i love that their are rules. keep up the good work i say.

JustCallMeGoat · 17/03/2009 13:27

there are rules - aaaaaaaaaaaaaah

SenorToucan · 17/03/2009 13:28

Goaty.
Hello.
Mrs M I would have CATed you about the rules but you are not contactable.

dearprudence · 17/03/2009 13:35

I like this - I'm just not sure what length the sleeve is supposed to be.

Or this for a sleeveless one.

MrsMattie · 17/03/2009 13:37

The rules? Surely they are 'Mornington Crescent' type rules, non?

First one is very noice@prudence. I don't do sleeveless, though. Haven't got the upper arms for it.

OrmIrian · 17/03/2009 13:44

Who's a 'noob'

OrmIrian · 17/03/2009 13:45

Sorry forgot the ironic slightly irritated '?'.

LaTrucha · 17/03/2009 13:52

Not at all, Bratnav [shiny star emoticon]

georgimama · 17/03/2009 14:25

Mrsmattie, you hadmy daywear covered with mobile phones and shoulder pads pretty much .

TheRealMrsJohnSimm · 17/03/2009 18:32

Can I be the first to congratulate Mrs Mattie on being probably the first person ever to make a "I'm sorry I haven't got a clue"/Radio 4 reference in relation to Style & Beauty

BTW, am HUGE fan of the "school run dress" and totally get its concept......therefore have several in my wardrobe

Dearprudence.....think that first monsoon dress is vastly overpriced but nice

i like short

OP posts:
claireybeemine · 17/03/2009 18:49

MrsM I love your first one, don't think it would suit me though (am skinny and short)

Also really like LaT's third monsoon one.

Alas I am broke

(and I also don't have a school run to do)

squeaver · 17/03/2009 18:53

Oh I really like that Uniqlo one.

Yes, jp, too swishy for daytime.

LaTrucha · 17/03/2009 19:59

Uniqlo - Nice dress but

Linen ladies? Really? And the school run? Ar eyou really going to get the iron out......?

MrsDanversAteMyIpod · 17/03/2009 20:27

what's wrong with skinny straps when its really hot?

I think thick straps look far more mumsy, there are such things as strapless bras!

LaTrucha · 17/03/2009 20:49

Another strong contender. Love the neckline and the price.

mrsruffallo · 17/03/2009 20:53

God, I hate linen

duckyfuzz · 17/03/2009 20:53

grrr you lot, fancy making me buy a ghost dress (in black though) when I had no intention of doing any such thing I'll make sure DH knows it was all your fault
