It's been a little quiet on the exciting edit and beauty releases front what with all the advent malarky but summer is drawing to a close and soon those autumn/winter releases and holiday edits will be popping up to tempt us.

I wouldn’t mind waiting a month for my remaining SNK candles as long as they arrive, they are for Christmas gifts anyway. It’d just worry that they don’t come and I’ll forget all about them and not chase my refund

I have just had dispatch emails for my missing Space NK candles, thought I ordered two but appears it may have been three. Will go in the cupboard for some Christmas presents.

Good! Late to the party but I was going to say, with distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days for no reason so they could not have insisted you wait a month. Bit concerning really that they're trying that.

My neom candle is on its way too. I really wasn’t expecting that….. I wonder if they found another box in the warehouse?

I returned two Neom candles… perhaps they’ve been repurposed! They were imperfect though. Wouldn’t ordinarily bother me except I bought them as gifts.

🤣 I was maybe a bit too hasty. It's not fair to punish myself and the couriers.

My complaint with Primark was resolved yesterday. My click and collect order had been delayed, then arrived into store at 1:30pm on Thursday then I received a message yesterday saying that as I'd not picked it up it that they were sending it back. Obviously I kicked off that they had given me less than 24 hours to collect on a date that I'd not selected and I had a vets appointment so couldn't make it to store after work. Anyway, after a bit of to-ing and fro-ing, it seems it hadn't been sent back and that had been sent in error so I was able to go collect it last night.

My Spacenk order of the neom candle is arriving today. No idea now what is happening with the dry shampoo, I still want to try it and it's still in stock in the sale. I might email them.

Vinted and evri are annoying me. Vinted are saying it's my fault that the eye cream just fell out of the packaging whereas evri are saying it arrived intact but won't put it in writing as the call centre can't send out emails 😮‍💨 if anyone has an email address for their customer service, please send me it. I know it's only £20 but it's my AC fund, so v important. It's the difference between 3 or 4 calendars 🙈

I think Space NK are utterly chaotic at the moment, the dr jart body lotion I was told was oos yesterday is still in stock and clearly the neom candle is just pot luck whether you actually receive it or not. So unimpressed.
