It's been a little quiet on the exciting edit and beauty releases front what with all the advent malarky but summer is drawing to a close and soon those autumn/winter releases and holiday edits will be popping up to tempt us.

Has anyone been to Sephoria before? My DD is begging me to get tickets when they go on sale tomorrow. Worryingly, I seem to be Gold status now (partly due to aforementioned DD) so apparently she could come for free? For those that have been is the event and swag bag any good?

Not sure how many replies you will get as this is the first year it is in London or the UK. I can’t imagine it will be anything like the US event and with a 3 hr time limit only so many booths and stalls you can get around and also think it will be busy. I am hoping to get a ticket tomorrow but also have work calls etc so can’t sit online for ages if the website crashes

I'm going to try tomorrow too but I'm not optimistic as we don't know what time they go on sale and how many Gold tickets there are.

@BeautyMoth I don't think it will quite be the level of US Sephoria but for me it would be a fun trip to London with a friend. So I'm keeping everything crossed for a ticket.

@OvaHere - someone on TikTok saying they go on sale at 10am but not sure how reliable she is. I’ve signed up to the alert so we’ll see. Good luck! Hope you get your trip to London.

I’m wondering if it’s worth going if you’re not a Gold member. It’s more expensive- £95 - but do you still get a goodie bag? I’m assuming do, but it’s not specifically mentioned anywhere that I can see.

The JL event was ‘worth’ £35 and I enjoyed it, (even if I have zero use for the main ‘gift’ - the Dyson brush!)

However, I’m not sure I would get £95 worth of value out of the visit - that’s a serious amount of money to come out with a few hair spray, fake tan and face mist samples, (all things I don’t use, but associate with Sephora for some reason!)

It’s so much better for Gold members - cheaper and can take someone else!

Where do you sign up to the alert? I can only see the regular newsletter sign up on the landing page.

Apparently it comes through an email link but I've not seen anything as yet. Are all Gold members just going to be sent one? Their FAQs are clear as mud on this score.

I agree it’s clear as mud, I understand you had to sign up and golds got an email back in August to sign up via the link and it was different to others.
I am expecting an email at some point before 9am or 10am with the link and time it goes live, conflicting times of 9am and 10am around

I can't remember if I signed up or not. I remember the email as that was what alerted me to it.

I've just found the email from early August. It doesn't have a sign up link in it. Just a discover more button which takes you to the landing page. I can't remember whether there was somewhere to sign up back then.
