Here's hoping for lots more spoilers, bargains, discount codes, and maybe a little self-control (although that's already gone for some 😄)

I asked one of the influencers who did an unboxing vid if she knew when the full reveal would be and she said 3rd sept. I don't want her to get in trouble so I won't disclose her name, but we do mention her on here. I'm not sure if it'll go on sale on the same date. She might be thinking though of the sale date and it will be revealed next week 🤞🏻 I just want them all to get on with it now.

I need to know the perfumes that will be in the CB limited edition. That lipstick may go to a colleague, blush might work on brown skin if used lightly but I might donate to hygene box. Now fingers crossed for some good perfumes to justify loss of makeup .

BTW the CB box design is giving the most uninspiring boring millennial grey vibes. They always have shitty post modern designs.

The box has grown on me. It's a whimsy sort of style. I like the SNK design this year but unfortunately decided not to get that one (for now 😂)

You know what ladies and gentlemen , we are all different . I want skin care and some want perfume and others want a mix and a bit of bling. It’s all good . The joy of these calendars is that we all get what we want . What is fabulous is that we share . Are needs are different but our passion is united 💃

Well this is what I'm thinking, and wondering - we might purchase different calendars, but does that mean we'll splinter off into smaller groups on various opening threads specific to the calendar? I'm guessing so. It would be nice to see what others get from different calendars but I suppose that would end up in chaos.

@DidILeaveTheGasOn - in previous years there has been a Waifs and Strays thread, plus ones for Liberty, Harrods, etc.

Caught up.. again! Have decided Selfridges FAC is a no - I have to keep my head and remember there are too many scents which won’t work for me plus am excited about Harrods - it’s difficult to resist with all the online buzz tho!
Like many on here I’m leaning towards Elle, I think the curation is good and a bit different. Boots skin is probably a given as well as I love an essence and there are plenty. Not keen on the boots premium or fragrance. SNK is a big fat no. Waiting for GB and Cult is promising despite the makeup which just isn’t for me at all

Also revisited Liberty after discussion above and agree is much better than I originally thought. Mainly bcs I’m more into perfume this yr. Going to save my BD credit for a visit to the store / jewellery sales

I finally made a start on my spreadsheet. I’m glad I’ve already ordered Harrods BAC & FAC as I appear to have completely lost my mojo 🙈 I sincerely hope it returns before any more BACs are released (though my bank balance will grateful if it doesn’t)

I'm sure it'll come back when we get some more reveals. I wish they'd hurry up with them 😭

I just had an email from CB confirming early access will be Wed 2nd Sep.

I wish they would hurry up too. Don’t get why SNK have delayed the big reveal

Any news on PDM this year yet? The Delina 'middle bit' one looked fab last year but I'd already blown my budget. Nothing is tempting me. I've got Harrods FAC ordered for my birthday and I'm waiting for the SNK FAC to be announced and the Flannels perfume cracker/box. Could be a kinder year on the wallet at this rate 😄

I would be very interested in a PDM. I didn't jump last year as Delina is nice but not my favourite. Now give me a Valaya or the Exclusif and I'm in!!

I've not had that email but I've had one saying more reveals and then it only includes reveals we already know about 😡

They had the countdown calendar last year, which I picked up in the jan sale although I seem to remember it being a good price in the selfridges black friday deals.

Is anyone getting Vogue this year? It’s a lot more expensive but is the one that is tempting me the most. I just feel that the other usual suspects are all so samey year after year.

Got my DPD notification for Liberty so rescheduled for next Friday when I will definitely be in.

@MathsFiend my dh has ordered it for my birthday. I really like the look it.

@user626 lucky you!! Thinking of asking my DH as my birthday is the start of Dec. But also FOMO with the other calendars too.....

I haven't totally ruled it out but the jewellery and the Emma L serum are carrying a lot of the worth to me. I was drawn in by the Longchamp purse, which is cute. I have to question whether it's something I'd use though as from what I can work out looking at videos it wouldn't fit a phone. I'm not a phone in hand or pocket person when out and about.

I like the idea of the Therabody wand but I know how consistent I am with gadgets not very.

Some of the make up I already have in those shades and there's a few items that don't interest me at all.

So I know up front I'd have to gift or sell quite a bit on and it's a big layout in terms of cost.

It's a shame because it does have a lot of kerb appeal to me iyswim and I love the box which is an added bonus - the colours match my newly decorated bedroom. It would make for some pretty extra storage.

I agree about the jewellery and serum. I think the longchamp purse is a bit gimmicky! And can't believe it is apparently worth about the same as an actual bag! But I like the look of a lot of the other skincare, haircare and make-up. Though I am over-run with Charlotte Tilbury!! Definitely don't need that
