I’m really liking the look of SNK since watching the unboxing video. There’s nothing that’s overly exciting for me, but I’d love to try the La Mer lip balm and the Medik8 exo-PDRN. The majority of the contents I either have and would happily replace, or are just things I’d happily try.

I need to update my spreadsheet and make a decision

Unboxings do help but I agree it's not that exciting to me. I'm turning into Verruca Salt though. I should probably take a couple of years off, go into hiding and return once Elasticizer is obsolete. 😂

@Thelifeofawife I do like some things from it following the unboxing. The medik8 feels like the stand out product and I'd be happy to have that on Christmas day but there's nothing much to get excited about 🤔

Has the look fantastic fragrance reveal been shared? I've just seen that but don't want to duplicate. I had high hopes for it based on the initial spoilers but I'm not that excited about that either. Maybe I've ruined things for myself with my 12 calendars last year. @OvaHere the oompa loompas will be taking us both away 🤣

I don't think LF fragrance is as good as last year so it's not on my list. I was hoping to not want it so all is good. 😂

I’m still trying to catch up with myself after being on holiday, so can’t recall if it got shared. I did see the contents list on BD and I’m liking it, plenty of fragrances that I’ve had before and liked so some good staples for me, and a few new ones to try. But it will depend on what happens with the other FAC releases.

With the amount of fake tan I’ve bought recently due to discounts, and what I’ve received in edits, I’ll be one of the Oompa Loompas 😅 but don’t worry, I won’t be taking you away, unless it’s to a storage unit full of goodies 🤣

I think my problem with SNK is exactly as @openended said upthread - there's nothing exciting, but I'll use it all. But I have enough of that with GWPs over the year - if I'm paying money, I want to be excited! Otherwise I could have just shoved the latest SNK GWP into an old advent and been done with it.

Just catching up after a busy day. @JoRaRaRa I am really sorry to hear your dad is unwell. 😢 I hope things improve for him soon.

I feel much the same re advents although do like Elle. Last year there were really good edits in Autumn. I may get a few of those instead and refill one of my old boxes. I must get some on vinted too.

I don't mind the Skin rocks items I've used. However, I've only had items via Liberty edits (and I think one may have been in a Beauty Drop box but I'm not sure on that). I did like the eye cream. Overall, I thought it was okay but not worth paying retail for - £58 for a cleansing balm is daylight robbery and £23 (discounted!) for three flannels...!

Thanks everyone for your love and well wishes 😊 I've not slept too well, I woke up at 3:30, convinced that something bad had happened, but I have today off and I'm not needed anywhere at the moment, so I'm going to try to get out for a walk and rest.

My dad is going for surgery on Friday morning, if he makes it through, he'll be very poorly for a while, but hopefully each week he'll feel a bit better and we'll see progress with him 🤞🏻

The Elle advent calendar sat at a reduced price last year via the Hearst magazine subscription page for weeks. I think it was around £25 less.

I may be taking a risk here, but I'm hanging fire for now.
