I used the Eve Lom balm last night and it smelled revolting. Like properly off. I only got it at Christmas (can't remember where)
Anyway, I decided I would just use it on my feet, but actually will probably end up chucking it.

I am hoping to get a ticket, hope the process they have put in place works and it’s not chaotic although expect demand will be higher than actual tickets available

I tried to use the little Eve Lom mask from last year’s SNK calendar and it seemed past it’s best so I chucked it. Wonder if Eve Lom have a shorter shelf life than other brands 🤔

Im yet to use mine, i might have to ratch it out to test it.

Oh god I just put my Koran pharmacy edit and face the future edit and Bioeffect away and I have so much stuff. I think I could probably not buy anything except conditioner and body moisturiser for two years at least. Maybe I should try. I just get fear of a) them discontinuing something I love and b)missing out on a bargain of things I love.

I do try hard to rotate things so hopefully nothing will go off…

I know what you mean! The Eve Lom masks seem very much like they need a sell/by date attached. I give them 3 weeks max.

Same happened with a couple of cleansing balms I bought by them (in a pump bottle). Admittedly they were from tk maxx and in the clearance, but both were actually rancid. Do they mostly use natural ingredients? I don’t know much about them.

Eve Lom do have a rather distinctive (I’m putting it politely) smell. I could see how you would think they are rancid. The first time I tried the balm I said absolutely not and binned it but I then I read all the wonderful reviews so I gave it another go trying to ignore the smell and it’s actually wonderful for my combination large pores skin and have become my fav balm.

The one time I’ve used the Eve Lom cleansing balm there was a definite hint of boiled cabbage about the smell. Not sure if that’s normal or mine was off but I haven’t risked getting a second pot!

I think that’s a good description with maybe a hint a sulphur. However, it’s really effective and the smell doesn’t linger. 😬

The Eve Lom cleansing balm does have a somewhat distinctive smell. I’ve also found that the texture goes wrong if it gets warm and then subsequently resets. Far prefer the Elemis balm for both reasons - better smelling and better able to withstand changes in temperature.

to last years so I expect this is real. Well spotted @Caggie09 . I need more details but first impressions is it’s looks a solid AC but it’s not clear if there is anything new and exciting. But it’s def started some interest going and not a def no.

Oh. I’m not sure about Space NK this year. It’s not bad, but not an easy ‘yes’ like the last couple of years. There are quite a few products that I’m not interested in.

I was reading that list with a grimace so thats not a good sign. Eyelash curlers. CT wand. Elasticizer. The holy trinity of BAC DoDs.

If these are the contents I’m not sure how I feel. There are lots of things in here that I’ve tried before and like and would reuse but maybe don’t love them. But apart from the Medik8 (which I may have in my stash) there nothing that I think I would love to try that. There are also a lot of products I know I won’t/don’t like, olaplex, eye lash curlers (why), vit C, byoma toner. I was really hoping I would love this but I’m really not sure. However, it will be in my basket when it’s for sale. 🙈

edited to add: PK! How could I miss that DOD! The only new brand I can see is saltair. I feel like I’m missing something and I really hope it is an ai generation.

Interesting that so many of your first impressions are negative, as so far that would be my top (actually only) contender, assuming that list is correct. It's a mix of very useable items, which Space NK is really good at year after year.

Even if the list is right @Caggie09 (and I appreciate you've said you don't know) I think the sizes must be smaller. At those sizes it would be insane value. At likely sizes... £275 is a lot of money.
