Here's hoping for lots more spoilers, bargains, discount codes, and maybe a little self-control (although judging by threads 1 and 2, that seems unlikely! 😄)

I’m throwing my hat in the ring for Selfridges too.

The Selfridges FAC is so appealing because it has so many perfumes I don't own and brands we dont get in other advents/kits.
I think whoever curated it really made the effort to make it stand out.

I usually save Harrods FAC until I finish work for Christmas but I would save this one instead now.

The third Initio looks like Musk Therapy which I smelt in store last month and that tiny bottle alone would have me buy the calendar! I know I'm not keen on Initio Oud for Greatness but would keep this small version in case I change my mind as plan to sell the larger bottle from Harrods.

Not even dressed but I've just sprayed my mini of Lust in Paradise to consider if I'd keep or sell the large bottle...not decided yet.

So now I have thar familiar FAC excitement mixed with anxiety and have to hope there's plenty of stock and the website can cope!

Looking at my social media this morning and all the influencers who say Harrods Fragrance was rubbish are all over Selfridges saying how amazing it is.
I have concerns over Selfridges website/app as they can’t cope with Jellycat launches and am sure in previous years they have drip fed their advent stock daily

Good luck to all of you hoping for Selfridges FAC, 🤞🏻 you all get one! After being excited about the BAC initial reveal, the full reveal was disappointing for me. Still deciding between Harrods, Liberty, poss Cult depending on what else is in it and Space NK. May buy 2 if they’re decent enough. Oh and Glossybox which I got last year, such good value and looks like it could be a good one! Just want full reveals now!!

I think the contents of the Selfridges FAC are way better for me than Harrods, well done Selfridges you've truly created a fabulous calendar. If you follow the link from the lovely @MaryBD 's site that we all enjoy so much it says the calendar will be £250 which seems fair as the value exceedd Harrods. I've totted up that everything excluding the New Notes and the last mystery perfume come to £1390. Ooof. I'd love to get this one, unfortunately I'm just starting a very busy job so seems unlikely.

Only one of the Instagram influencers I follow have posted about the selfridge's fac contents so far. I'm hoping it gets released this morning before the others see it and start posting 🙈

Does anyone know how quick Selfridge's usually are to show contents then release? I feel I have no idea when to expect this one.

We only have the BAC to go off but last year they started revealing early August (5th) so they're late this year. It then went on sale 1st September. So I don't thik it will be today or even this week but obviously we can't rule anything out!

Looking at last year I can see people discussing contents on 14/08 and the beauty calendar released 1/9. However it’s unclear if they went up for preorder before that.

From pictures it looks like Ex Nihilo could be 50ml (same as Brompton Immortals) and Gourman Patchouli 30ml (same as Rude Oud Elixir in scent seeker tote) 🤔
Also these two in the corner must be Mind Games and Liquides Imaginaires.
I have a feeling it will retail higher than Harrods 💸

That Selfridges FAC looks so good! I'm going to try and get that then definitely no more calendars. I think its going to be harder to get than Harrods though, at least we had some idea of when that might go on sale.

Just going back to Selfridges BAC, is that green ceramic looking thing with big cat on it an Ortigia product? (Candle?)

The selfridges FAC looks brilliant and I think I would be very tempted to go for it too if it wasn’t for the fact they don’t ship their BAC to Ireland and presumably will be the same for the FAC. My credit card is quite grateful to Brexit sometimes 😃

Doesn’t stop the FOMO though.
