Just that really? What have you done that has really worked or that you can't go without? A product or habit or anything that you think has really helped you to look better. I am just in a bit of a rut and want some inspiration! Thanks!

I have loved reading through this thread.

Quite a lot of you have said losing weight but what did you do to lose it. Asking as I know this will make a huge difference to me as I'm fed up of pulling my clothes out of my fat rolls and feeling so self conscious.

As I said in my post upthread, Mounjaro.

I have lost about 18 lb since April. The key for me was to increase my exercise and to to stick to a low carb diet, with increased protein/fibre. I tend to do a slow jog on an indoor treadmill for twenty minutes and work out with low weights for twenty minutes, five days a week. I have essentially cut out the crap, sugar particularly. I had thought I was eating well, until I looked at the sugar content in things like coconut water and other drinks.

I counted calories using the app "Nutracheck". I'm down 10st and am finding it very maintainable.

I've done weightwatchers in the past and lost weight, but then put it on as I found it got more and more restrictive as they tried to make it healthier - milk had more points than beer. I also just got to goal and they took almost 1/3 of my points off of me and said I could eat as much chicken breast, eggs or white fish as I wanted. I can't stand fish, unless battered (which wasn't 0 points), and am not a big egg fan. I also couldn't eat a small bowl or porridge and a piece of steak in the same day.

Avoiding all free sugars and butter and massively increasing your fibre intake (both soluble and insoluble) is a good start.

Tedious though it sounds - another one saying MJ. It has given me such a reignited interest in clothes and I now feel so good getting dressed in bright colours.
Medicube peel pads and their deep vita c capsule cream, my god my face feel so lovely and it’s so affordable. Have been so impressed as someone not averse to dropping big bucks on skincare, looking forward to trying more.
