And now I'm blocked again! If I want something enough I'll use a new email and deliver elsewhere. I won't be supporting them willingly but if there's something I really want then I don't see why I should miss out! Cheeky b*ggers - any claims I made have been due to their errors!!

@psuedocream3 - that's awful treatment from CB. Have you given them a 1-star* *rating on TrustPilot? I did that when my 40% orders were cancelled and I was getting nowhere with CS - finally a decent person intervened and gave me account credit for the inconvenience. It did take two 1-star reviews though - one for the initial moan and a second one moaning about their poor response to my first moan.

I very nearly flounced as a customer but the £10 credit and apology worked that time.

I think regardless of whether people are intending to shop with CB again or not, a few 1 star ratings could be a therapeutic way to express any negative feelings 💅💋

Meanwhile, I have spent my afternoon checking dates where possible on the items I had already put into my DIY refilled Liberty calendar.

I have removed a few things that would have been getting a bit old by Xmas. Whether I will have got round to using them by then, is a different matter 🙀

Blimey the CB malarkey has got worse today. Sorry to all those who have lost accounts especially @psuedocream3 - I can't fathom why they've banned you for making one order!

I've got my own separate from CB Sunday drama. I placed an order whilst away last week that was dispatched but never received by Royal Mail. They replied yesterday to say they are sending another but I've had no notification email as yet. I can see me having to chase and chase this one.

@psuedocream3 That is shocking! You need to leave negative reviews and also contact Trading Standards (this is what I did).
I would also be inclined to find an email address for an actual person (I once emailed the CEO of a company to complain as I couldn’t find a complaints email address and wasn’t willing to faff around with online chat)

I’m a very patient and understanding person in general but every now and again something tips me over the edge and that’s it 😅

I have put it all in my hair drawer though and realised that I now have 4 large full bottles of hair oil, I do get through it fast but I really don't need that much 🤭 What I am lacking in is leave in conditioner.

Oh, I've also found another item today in a random place. I thought I'd lost my skincycles lip balm from the Harrods ac at Disney (and I was quite upset about tbh as it is v nice), but seems it was in my fabric box. No idea how it got there though as I've not done any sewing for yonks. I don't normally 'hide' my opened stuff 🤣

Is the Elasticizer in the Liberty BD any good? I wanted to buy a hair mask today forgetting it was in the box, also my partner has been bugging me for a foot cream (he expects things to appear as if by magic when he wants something, he doesn’t buy anything himself!) so the BD may be more useful than I thought.

I’m sorry to hear about all the bannings - such bad customer service. If they are unhappy, then cancel the orders and tighten up on the T&Cs for the next offer, surely - don’t ban long-term customers 🤷‍♀️

I’ve just contacted CB about my non-working fragrance code. The person I’ve been messaging has referred it to their operations team. You’d think by now, given the number of dud codes they gave out, that they’d have a standard response with a “here’s a new code, sorry”! Or maybe not, given what’s happened this weekend…

@RockaLock I’m the same with the fragrance code. I’ve had to send them the original order number and screenshots of the email with the code and of the error message I got when I tried to use it and eventually they’ve replied saying it has been referred to the operations team.

I was happy with the five samples and wasn’t that bothered about the code, but now I am determined and will keep chasing until I get a working code out of them!

Haha, same here @CorneliaStreet - I basically used the offer to get the equivalent (more or less) of a small bottle of Jo Malone for a fraction of the cost, and wasn’t sure I actually wanted/needed to buy any full sized perfume with the voucher as I have a few different scents on the go already.

But now - yes, it’s the principle! I want that code!!!
