Can you explain how to use SK as if I'm very dim?! Do you have to "accept" the site wide codes? I see lots of offers but haven't worked out how to make the most of them. Is free shipping only over £60?

I’ve used the Boots 3 for 2 and stacked the SAVE20 to buy my sister some Future Renew (which she loves) for her birthday.

Original price £120.85, paid £74.32 so added the Beauty Box at. £55 for (me) effectively £9 😊

@MrsBnow12 ooo if I could only have one blush, I think currently it would be the ysl restless rose. It's a nice all rounder, can be used for both work and nights out, goes with most eyeshadows and is nice to put on.

I did order the gucci coral blush yesterday in the sephora sale. I think it's last years summer stock, it has flowers on the case. It's very pretty 😍 I'm now eyeing up the lipstick in the matching packaging.

I couldn't order the Chanel lipstick, every time I tried to go on it, the app would crash so obviously it's not meant to be. I did order the dior pink highlighter. I've also ordered another foundation to try out.

At ‘normal’ times you have to select UK, then DPD shipping and if you have spent enough it is free.

Sometimes coupons apply automatically, at others you have to add them.

You always have to manually add any influencer codes and reward points.

For example: If you have 4.00 Reward points you add those in the box.

Then: Add an influencer code in the promo box. Code: CLARE10 gives 10% off.

Any time you leave your basket to add/remove anything, you have to add the codes again, (which is a pain!)

Look out for the $1 deals and special offer/bundle/free gifts with purchase.

The site can be glitchy and a bit hard to navigate, but it’s worth persevering.

I had a similar incident a few months ago, and unfortunately my signal was rubbish so I couldn’t even pass the time that way. The only saving grace was that it didn’t rain until after I’d been recovered

I’ve never bought anything from SK (totally new to K beauty & skincare, although loving the BoJ serum which @OvaHere recommended). Besties box has sold out. What should I buy? How long do orders take to arrive?

My SNK birthday gift arrived just before I left for the week, very nice selection if you like the items but a bit disappointing for me because I'm unlikely to use any of them (avoiding retinol & vitamin c, and don't like the perfume).

I've marked it as sensitive in case anyone else has a birthday in April, although the email they sent me with the code told me exactly what I'd be receiving. I was hoping they were just possibilities from a larger selection.

@MrsBnow12 should have hers by now as I think she ordered before or around the same time as me. I'm pretty confident it is the MZ serum but would be good to know for sure.

Finally managed to complete account setup for SK, but missed the free shipping offer and wasn’t sure how customs/tax works for items coming into the UK, so gave up in the end 😩 @IlovePond is it all quite straightforward? I was thinking about a few of the sunscreen products. Not urgent, but quite curious to try them.

Obviously by this point it wouldn’t have been right to stop without a purchase, so I placed an order with CB for the BoJ retinal eye cream and some more fragrance samples instead. I was surprised how much I liked the Replica summer, although it has no staying power, so got a couple more of those, and the Kayali Oud and Rose perfumes that I’ve been wanting to try for a while.

I can’t remember who mentioned the Roche Posay balm - I was given several tubes of the RP Lipikar baume cream after radiotherapy and it’s absolutely amazing for soothing inflamed skin. Not very sexy : it’s more at the medicinal end of things than luxury skincare, but incredibly effective!
