My last order was placed on 1 April and arrived on 8 April. That was quick! But it’s usually within a couple of weeks and you do get DHL notifications for when it’s coming which is helpful for arranging your people to be in to receive.

@JoRaRaRa - I probably could try to cancel my second order with SK but I want a lot of it tbf. I’m just annoyed that I didn’t swap a few things round/remove a couple. Or, even better - spot the things I really wanted last week so I could have added them to my original order.

The trouble with SK is that my objection to paying postage means I order more!

And if I ordered another FTF mystery bundle as well as the haircare I'd get free postage........

I had the FTF mystery haircare bundle in my basket yesterday but I took it out. I added a single mystery product instead (along with some hair care that was very reduced, and I got the little GWP they're doing)

BD has posted the reveal of that mystery LF edit plus another upcoming LF Derma edit.

Any idea what the single mystery product is? Maybe it's not always the same item

Well I signed back up to the beauty drop to get the Suqqu Aquafons stuff and in the meantime it sold out. This is not my week for beauty purchases it seems 😂

Well well well. The CB order came, except one parcel was missing. Luckily it was only one of the centella masks which at £1.60 for £10 worth of points it's not worth making a fuss about but a bit suss that one package didn't arrive. If it had been one of the proper purchase I would be well hacked off.

Still too scared to try and make a purchase, has anyone blocked been unblocked yet?

Re Cult, they have told me my account has been disabled and they have raised to the internal team that actions order/account cancellations and they will be in touch.
So back to the waiting game and will see what that team says.

New Caroline Hirons kit coming on Wednesday, hoping it's a bit better than the last one as that was a total dud for me...

My CB order is still sat at order placed, no communication from them at all. Pretty poor show, and terrible customer service. I'm not so much bothered about if my ordered is/gets cancelled, its the communication blackout. I was looking at ordering the hair edit and some WA products but I'd rather purchase from elsewhere now.

I hope that they see sense and restore you, your points, orders and status quickly.

It’s just very unfair and inept of them to choose any other action.

I contacted them via Instagram this morning and they replied this afternoon so guess I will hear back in the next day or so.

How odd, the two masks I ordered from CB (separate orders) are being delivered by different couriers - my Evri parcel arrived today, my Royal Mail one (my first order) is still out for delivery.

I ended up using my bonus credit this morning to purchase the Morphe setting mist that I have been wanting to try, and another mask. So I got the mist and 3 masks for approx £4.50, I can just about live with that after boycotting them

That's really shitty of them. Why on earth they don't restrict it to one purchase per customer I have no idea.

Im tempted to try the centella mask now after all this. It looks... gooey.

@IDontHateRainbows I’ve tried it once before, and yes there’s a LOT of product to it, so it’s quite messy, but once you remove the mask & rub the excess into your skin it feels nice

I’m sorry I can’t remember who recommended the Debanhams perfume edit but thank you . I know this is daft but what I’m loving the most is the cute case 😆 the perfumes are all wearable which is unusual for me . All smell spring /summer .
