I only have a CB account because I had Recycle:Me codes to use up. But I only have 35 points and TBH, the number of problems I’ve read about here coupled with the whole THG not letting me cancel a LookFantastic subscription last summer has my finger hovering over the delete account button*. I’m very unimpressed!

I was disappointed there wasn't a make up offer. I was going to buy another WA lipstick. I could have bought one from CB yesterday with a code but I'd got it in my head I was going to use my Liberty credit but there's no make up offer this week.

The published list of each day's events doesn't include a make up one this time.

Hi thank you to the op about the cult beauty offer yesterday.

i don’t know what is going on with my account. I placed three orders yesterday and was on silver. This morning they had added the points and I was now gold. I ordered the hair edit. Just gone back on to the site and it said the account was locked and I needed to reset my password. Did that and they have taken all of my points away. What’s annoyed me more is that they have put me back to the beginning so I’m not even bronze

Oh that’s a shame - I haven’t seen the list bit been avoiding the Liberty thread - I like a surprise beauty box.

@Lonely12 that's shocking. What is going on with them. Don't do a bloody offer if you don't want people using the offer! 😡

Also to add it is showing that I haven’t placed any orders, I don’t know if I will get the hair edit I ordered

I now have to look forward to the shame of taking 4 cult beauty parcels off the delivery guy today and start planning many pamper evenings for the pile of masks I have now accumulated thanks to this offer and the fragrance samples offer

Sorry @Lonely12 just seen your update . That's really bad of Cult Beauty . I must admit I am not going anywhere near Cult Beauty for a while now. Mainly because I have 4 orders coming today and it's getting a bit ridiculous the parcels arriving but I don't want them to lock my account either I have too much credit on to lose.

It really was wasn't it, it's exactly like gambling... will I get free credit or will I lose it all? Such a thrill when it works out, such a low when it doesn't. I even considered doing another order at 2am when I woke up for a wee. Now I haven't had enough sleep and I'm tired and grumpy, yet still browsing CB to decide what to spend my credit on! They really are the devil of beauty retailers.

I tried my MZ bio whatsit serum this morning and absolutely love it, plus sold 2 beauty things on ebay over the weekend so that's an extra £60 in the beauty kitty. So the dilemma this morning is I need something that's only stocked at liberty ( Suqqu aquafons water gel - weird stuff but good for laser treatments) but stopped my beauty drop membership back in December - the latest box is a dud for me but wondering if I should restart for the 20% off today 😬

My orders have come from yesterday. 2 masks and then 3/4 but we're 20 odd each. Haircare ive had my eye on as my naturally curly hair is a frizzy mess. 🤣 Theres a mask order for 9 pending. Mates no sense.
Ofcourse dh answered door. Hes going out soon so was hoping hed be gone.

Yes, it was advertised as being released on 09/04. I wonder where it is! They've not even confirmed what's in it yet. It's weird, why create a buzz and then have it disappear?!
