Just checked and bizarrely the offer is still working this morning yet they are cancelling orders and rescinding points. Did the one tech guy go away for a long weekend and switched his phone off or something? 😂

Tempting as I could use yesterday's points and still get £10 back but I don't need a load more hair stuff and not sure I trust it not to be cancelled right now.

They are utterly shambolic, I hear bad things about their customer service centre which is based not too far away from me. Im scared to try and buy anything now in case I've been shadow banned as I've heard they also do this, account looks live but anything you buy gets cancelled straight away.

Will leave it a week then see if I can spend my points.

I've bought it, I like the cw raise the root and the hair oil and these are both full size. I like the sound of the floral hair mist and it gives me a chance to try out the Maria nila brand. There's a few things in there that I've already tried but I do like them. Hopefully getting the credit back has pushed me over the edge, in my head, it's only £30 🤣 I'm also toying with the idea of getting the gwp from SNK 🤔

Morning all, I see the CB debacle is still ongoing 🤦‍♀️ I hope everyone who had their accounts banned gets sorted today, it really is appalling customer service.

In other news, I've had an email saying FtF has up to 60% off Korean beauty. Not as good as ordering from SK but some bargains to be had if you dont mind scrolling and are a bit scared of trying to order from SK for the first time me 😅

They cancelled 2 orders of mine last night, for the same mask (the vt needle one which I actually would like to try), it's still showing as in stock but I'm suspecting it's not 😕 I then bought a cleanser and that has gone through. No account ban yet, but I did only do 3 orders. I've done another 3 this morning though in the last hour, so maybe a ban is incoming 🙈 I hope not as I already had £35 credit and would cry 🤣

I've now decided to get the Tom Ford eyeshadow palette that I absolutely do not need, so I'd like my credit to go towards that 🥰

I like raise the root too but I have one half used and another in back up already so I'm going to resist. I need to bring the hair product stash down not up. 😂

This is true, I could do with doing the same. I have so much that I can't even see what I have now 🤣 But I do get through leave in conditioner, oil and shampoo incredibly fast, so those things I always want to pick up on the cheap. Oh, I've just remembered that I recently bought the hair edit from next. Gosh, I wonder where I'm going to find that 🙈🤣

So random! I didn't even buy a mask on my third (cancelled) order but something i genuinely wanted, sod the extra points they can take those off but why cancel the whole thing. I get the impression no one at CB HQ knows what they are doing...

I think that's the case 🤣 I don't think they have set policies and procedures for anything.

One of the thing I find annoying is having to chase them, they'll offer a voucher but then it doesn't arrive or the code doesn't work. You return something and they remember to take the points off your account but forget to give you back the credit you've spent 🤦🏻‍♀️ and then there's the inconsistent customer service, everytime there's an issue, we all seem to get different responses.

I hope they add onto my hair edit. I should've screenshot it with the points showing. Damn it! 🤣 It was what pushed me over the edge to press buy 🙈 though I did have a feeling that the offer would be pulled at 8ish. I think that must be the time the staff start.

Well, i hope that means that I can order stuff again without incident. Obviously they did not cover the night shift at CB HQ yesterday. I ordered the product I wanted/needed off amazon instead. Will give them a few days to get over this before I try to spend again at CB!
