I’ve had an email about a bonus, it says I’m silver and will get 150 points - is this the same offer you’re doing the mask orders on? (I’m a bit confused as I’ve seen £10 mentioned but unsure if this due to you being gold members)

Yes it's the same, if you're gold it's 200 points which is £10. I just hit gold a couple of weeks ago, I'm glad for the extra perks but also a bit horrified by how much I've spent 🙈

My ongoing saga with them has been a joke. I had to contact them again today to find out what’s happening with my refund which they have now responded to say they will process now and it’ll take 3-5 days - the return arrived back with them ages ago, so goodness knows how much longer I’d have been waiting if I hadn’t chased it up. They are beyond ridiculous

I haven’t bought anything in ages, but have now bought the EVY Kids Sunscreen mousse, says it’s easy to apply and lasts, and seems to have good reviews. I have gold status, I’m not sure how I’ve maintained that but there we go!

@OvaHere I also purchased the Tom Ford Hazy Sensuality eye quad today!
I bought mine from Cheshire Oaks, it was £52 but they were also doing a promotion across the store with 25% off, so I got it for £39. I’m not sure how long the extra discount is running for but if CO is accessible to you it’s worth a look - they had a vast range of TF eye quads. I was also looking at a TF highlighter duo but I don’t know if it’s the same one you mentioned.
I wouldn’t have gotten anymore eyeshadows for a while as I shamefully reached for my cheap Morphe palette again last night rather than my untouched D&G or LE Betty palette, but I loved this one and have wanted to try the TF range, so I felt for that price it was justified.

@Thelifeofawife I now have the urge to drive from Leeds to Cheshire Oaks for a £39 Tom Ford eyeshadow palette that I absolutely do not need 🤣🤣

That's really good. I can get there fairly easily but don't really have time to go in the next couple of weeks. Was it the one in the white case? From what I understand the one I bought is an existing colourway but released in a different formula (maybe? )as part of the summer collection. I think only Moonlit Dip is a new colour.

Regardless though that's a very good price for Tom Ford quads and I want to go now. We need another bank holiday!

@JoRaRaRa I was delighted with it. In hindsight I should have taken the time to fully look around the store as the extra discount is excellent and I could have stocked up on a few bits, plus they had a deal where you could get lip products (lipsticks/glosses?) of various brands for £10 with any purchase (with the exception of TF brand). But DH was already looking fed up and had no signal on his phone to keep him occupied (I really should take a colouring book or something in future 😅)

The shop is ‘The Cosmetics Company Store’, they may well have them elsewhere/closer to you

They may well run a similar offer on the next bank holiday?

The case is brown/bronze and gold.

They had plenty of TF products. I’ve previously gotten some good deals on other brands in that store.

They also do 10% Bluelight discount, but obviously I opted for the 25% special offer

We have one at York designer outlet but it's been really poor for the last few years, sometimes there's hardly any stock there. I'm not sure it stocks Tom Ford either.

I placed 2 cult beauty orders, one at 9ish for a BOJ mask and then another mask but the vt cosmetics reedle shot 300 one at 10:30, I couldn't decide what I wanted to buy with my points. But my 10:30 order has been cancelled 😕 I actually wouldn't mind trying out that mask either 🤔

Last 28 minutes of the offer. Shall I sneak another order in?

I was tempted to spend my points on the BoJ mask, but am worried about losing the lot, plus my account.

@IDontHateRainbows I’ve just checked my emails again and realised that I only have shipping details and points for my first order - the other order has ‘points pending’ and ‘processing’.

It therefore looks like I am not getting order two after all, although - fortunately - I can still access my account - at least atm.

Mine have all despatched now and points added. 2 masks, 3 tiny perfume samples. Phew!

I also want to buy something else but am too scared, will leave til the offer stops I think.

I agree @IDontHateRainbows. I want my second order but as long as I don’t get blocked I won’t mind too much if it’s cancelled.

After all my FOMO regarding the fragrances, it didn’t even occur to me to get these when I was placing my CB order 🙈😅 I did 2 orders, both for masks but different ones/prices just in case a bot rejects me.

My account hasn’t updated yet but when I placed both orders it did show on the payment page that 150 points will be added

@JoRaRaRa I went to the York outlet for the first time last year, I quite liked it and plan to return. The fact that it is indoor is a bonus. It was also good for my bank account they there is no Mulberry at that outlet 😅 That said, I wasn’t tempted by anything in the Mulberry store today. I got a couple of pairs of shoes along with my TF eye quad.

I purchased an Estée Lauder pressed powder from the York cosmetic store, then when I got home found that it was actually just a refill not the full compact! All of the display products were in compacts so I had no reason to think that I was only getting a refill. I was not impressed.

All my orders (7) bar one, which is still processing, have shipped now and the points added. All bar 1 were under £10. A few were just one BoJ mask. It’s really random how some went through and others didn’t. The offer is still showing for me too even though it’s past midnight back home (I’m still away!).

I'm disgusted. Orders shipped but both accounts cancelled and points removed. Im not bothering with cult beauty again..took my money and no points.

I should have bought something when the points went live but I didn't think they would do this. Surely they could have restricted it to one purchase and/ or min spend. Been made to feel like a criminal + £25 points gone.

I was a little too hasty, and the original points ARE still there but the 3rd order was canceled and points from that order removed. I did place it after midnight when the offer was still showing but it was for something more than a mask so not a piss take. Don't want to say what in case they read this thread. But still a very poor show from CB.
