Honestly, all the CB shenanigans have put me right off ever using them!

Who knows what is happening with Cult as I still can’t get into my account but have had two dispatch emails.

They’ve now upgraded my delivery on the shipped orders so I won’t be able to hide them. Grr.

I went a bit mad in Beautrium and Watsons today (our last day in Thailand) and along with the BoJ Centella Mask orders I probably have enough sheet masks to last me until Christmas and beyond. I think I will give some to DSD and MIL though.

My CB orders have shipped according to email and the points are in my account. I think I was lucky.

I do want to order some shampoo as well, (forgot earlier), but now I daren’t!

Are the points showing as pending or actually in your total, to spend?

I felt the same @IlovePond but I've just placed a third order - an eyeshadow stick for £13 that I just decided I have to have. Fingers crossed it seems to have gone through ok

Mine are actually in my total, ready to be spent. And Royal Mail have the packages ready to deliver tomorrow

Mine says the order is being sent to Relay warehouse but the points are showing as pending. So not quite past the point of no return. What a variety of experiences we have all had, sounds like CB is very random!

All mine have shipped and the points are showing available to spend . If I wasn't worried about being banned I could literally start spending them while still accumulating points so buy something for £10 pay with points earn £10 worth of points and repeat . Which is insane.
But I am not going to do that as I don't think Cult beauty would be very impressed and it would almost certainly get me banned . (I also have too much of a guilty conscious it wouldn't feel right)

I don't know if I dare order anything. I've got a few things that I've had my eye on and I've got £35 in credit. I don't want to be banned though as I've only just gone gold.

@JoRaRaRaYou will be fine if you place one or two orders, your account won’t get a ban for one or two orders.

My third order has cleared and I now have £30 credit for a total spend of £35, 5 products, all with free next day delivery. CB even just emailed to remind me the offer is still on! I'm so tempted to keep going and order more... maybe that means their strategy is working?

Would anyone like the 2 x Kayali Oud and 2 x Kayali Rose samples I bought from CB? I’ve had a quick sniff and neither are at all my style, so there’s no way I’ll use them up even as randoms. Happy to post, just DM me 🙂

Which beauty of joesen product was recommended on here. Was it the honey mask. My skins is quite sensitive and red atm. I bought a sheet mask, well 2 and placed orders for haircare 20 ach but want to use 20 vouchers 🫣🤣

Well that actually makes me quite annoyed if other people also did 3 orders but didn't get banned - I mean, I'm glad we haven't all been banned obviously but am confused by their criteria.

I also tried the new no7 gel to oil cleanser in store yesterday. Only on my hand but was impresed. And the spf prime. Bought 2 primers and one cleanser to get the fre gift. Also picked up 10 off that range snd they are 3 for 2. Need to try tonight before I buy more x

@LightandBreezy did you do them straight after one another for the same value? I wonder if they have some sort of bot detection and assumed you were a bot so auto suspended the account to be safe. I’m hoping your account gets reactivated tomorrow once a human looks at it and realises it was because of a great deal not because of anything sinister. 🤞🏻

How are you getting NDD? Mine says that I need to spend £30 for NDD? I'm sure the amount keeps changing.
