@OvaHere I’ve a few Tom Ford palettes, I really rate them and they last ages

I really struggled to pick one as every one of the release looks beautiful. It came down to Moonlit Dip and Hazy Sensuality as I think most of the others would pull too warm. I decided MD looked a bit too close to the VB Orchid palette so went with HS.

I did that the other day and got a new code that worked so fingers crossed for you!

Sephora have an app GWP. £125 spend. Looks quite nice but maybe only if you were buying something anyway.

Probably lucky for my wallet that the CB offer didn’t show for me (sub bronze) when I checked this morning. Need to get my perfume voucher sorted though- what’s the best way to contact CB for that?

Oops I'm also now seemingly banned from CB - I did one 'normal' order this morning and 2 cheeky ones of individual reedle masks. It will no doubt serve me well in the long term as if I'm no longer gold status I won't order, but I'm a bit miffed they didn't just warn us and that I've lost 420 legitimately earned points. I did feel like a bit of a piss taker when I placed the orders though 😬

I find WhatsApp is quicker than using the chat

@Fillybuster I used WhatsApp and they got back to me quickly. It's been passed on to another department now though and said it may take a couple of days which is annoying as I wanted the 150 status points they're giving away today. Im not making an order for the sake of it though.

My CB a/c is still working atm 🤞I have spent lots with them since just before Xmas when went mad over edits. Recent orders have been small, but before that I spent too much.

@LightandBreezy it’s not reasonable to lose the points and Im not sure they can ban people ax the T&C weren’t specific ?

ha! trying to contact them is an exercise in futility and I don't know you would use the stupid message system without being able to get into your account (but could be wrong on that)

Hi spend for nothing all that exciting, as you say may be of interest if someone was going to get something anyway to tip them over the fence.

I managed to contact them and have said I can’t log into my account and have them the order number from yesterday.
They couldn’t resolve and have escalated to Customer Relations, will see what, if anything, comes from it this week. I dont care re my account but did have £70 in points I would like back.

I’ve been out in the garden and come back in to 70+ posts and my mind immediately goes to Elemis Advent Calendars.

I no longer buy from CB, they are just too careless with their customers patience and too arrogant to know that.

Well I’ve just used the code to get a boj mask with and it’s worked and free next day delivery. I’m reluctant try again though in case of blocking etc.

My money's that they will unblock the accounts once the promotion has passed and did this as a panic move. Mine is still showing as ok, I did 5 orders but over 2 accounts and only realized the centella mask hack on the 4th order.
Points are showing as pending.

Mine worked. I used it against a Kilian travel size.

I’ve just tried my £10 fragrance code and it doesn’t work either. I’ve messaged them but the auto response just says they’ll look at it within 48 hours.

Half my orders have despatched and points awarded. All smaller than one still processing (which was over £10). All very odd.
