Cancelling orders, I completely understand (but really, just sort the promotion out properly in the first place) but they may have picked the wrong group of people to block 😂.

How many masks/ separate orders did you make?
I ordered 1 x perfume sample and 2 x centella masks in 3 separate orders on the account that hasn't processed yet

I did 10 orders in total but none of the £1.60 transactions show in my bank. So I think they knew even though I was having to do security via the bank app.

Only thing I'm slightly annoyed about is that if I had a proper order in the last few days, I woul now have no way to contact customer service for any issue.

I think you will probably be only blocked temporarily hopefully just the day. If you are a gold member you obviously use them a lot so it would be madness to not want you as a customer

Me too @SummerLimes - I shouldn’t have succumbed to the temptation of ordering once more.

I did genuinely have the perfume and mask order ready to go this morning, (almost ordered last night, but decided to sleep on it).

If CB want to act:

A better, less draconian solution, would be for CB to just cancel ‘excess’ multiple orders, and say it was a mistake in the T&C to allow multiples.

OR, even better for them - honour the orders, but only give points to the first order.

Blocking is a bit mean and, given how much people spend, counter-productive. Plus, if you have credit already, that’s even more harsh!

I don’t even know if they will be able to retrieve accounts once they have deleted them - @TreesinthePark screenshot looks to me like someone at CB has got angry and pressed delete rather than block. I hope I am wrong and it’s just temporary.

On a related note: I once inadvertently deleted an online account with another company and they couldn’t retrieve it 🙀

I did two orders but I'm hoping they won't be cancelled - the first was 'free' because I used my £20 voucher, but still technically cost £20 and the second was a mask, but I also added a lip balm so it came to £10. They both say they're processing and I haven't been blocked. I was very close to doing a load more orders with just the mask, but didn't in the end. I agree if they really have permanently banned any of you they've massively shot themselves in the foot!

The email from CB said that the 200 bonus points were for one order. In the terms lower down in the email it said that there was a minimum spend, but didn't specify the amount.

I have just created a new account with the same email address so I assume we were deleted rather than blocked.
Perhaps should have waited to see what happened next but I'm quite impatient!

Edot: I'll not use this one though for obvious reasons. Will do another with a totally new email

My orders have updated to 'processing' , dare I hope they've got through?

I nearly ordered another centella mask, glad I didn't now.

If nothing else they will be shifting the centella masks!

My order is showing dispatched and the points have been added to my account. Although I only did one order so I may not be in the target list. I’m such a good girl and def wasn’t preoccupied so didn’t see to opportunity to order masks. 🙈

Honestly if they block me I’m going to go after them. It’s one thing to cancel orders but blocking people taking advantage of offers their promotional/ legal teams haven’t properly drafted/ worded isn’t acceptable in my view.

The one I received didn’t mention for one order. And the minimum spend reference was for the Oribe offer in the same email, not the points offer. You can tell which offer t&cs are for by the symbol key. The status points was the asterisk.

I don’t think anyone placing a couple of orders needs to fret. I’m guessing it’s a cut off of over five that’s triggered the cancellations and account deletions.

I placed an order as I had the £10 voucher code from the last promotion to use and some credit. It seemed 'sensible' as basically I'm getting the £10 replenished. Not actually sensible in real terms as that would be spending nothing.

I bought one of the new Tom Ford eye quads as the formula looks beautiful but no way would I pay £75. I don't own any TF so have been brand curious for a while.

I really want the Ltd ed highlighter from the release but Capri, the one I'm lusting after, is either sold out or not sold in all the places I have credit/codes for. It's still available on Tom Ford, Fenwicks and HN. I do have £5 credit with Fenwicks but that would be eaten by the postage. It's a ridiculous want as I have some lovely highlighters but my brainworm keeps whispering that it looks like it might be the best one so far. If anyone wants to give me a talking to you are welcome! 😂

*side note, this is one of the reasons I think I'm struggling to use up all the Liberty credit I have (around £150 at last count). They either don't stock new releases I covet or they get them so late I've usually found them elsewhere.

Just had an email from SK - my order is delayed and the tone of the email suggests I may not be getting my pink Bestie box - I will be very disappointed if this is the case, plus I hope they don’t then charge me shipping as the rest of my order is just little bits!

Tbh, they have all the ‘Bestie’ stuff in stock separately, so if the ‘box’ isn’t available, they should just send it all as loose items - but that won’t happen 😿

I am wondering if I should take a chance and order the stuff I was pondering today instead/as well - I don’t want to wait and lose out on both.

I just spent my Liberty credit on sunglasses as my 2 yo pulled a WWF move on my head on holiday and broke my only pair. I suspect they won’t suit me though as it’s so hard buying sunglasses online!

I don't know why they don't get their ducks in a row as such before launching these promotions. Reminds me of the one last May with the spin the wheel game where everyone was getting the £50 voucher no minimum spend. I didn't even realise it was a glitch at first, I thought I was lucky and spent it straight away.

You're right - the ts & cs specifically say purchases so they really are implying you can do as many as you like! And there's no minimum spend. They honoured my £10 order with free delivery thanks to the ANNIIECB code so I do think those of you who've been blocked have a good argument to take it up with them.

Looks like I missed all the fun on CB this morning. Im only silver but would have been tempted to place a few orders if I were gold so probably for the best. Im currently going through their chat, trying to get my £10 fragrance code to work.
