They will be wondering why so many orders for the centella masks.

Do you have to be at Bronze as a minimum for it to work does anyone know? I've only ever ordered the perfume samples so I'm not even at that, not working for me.

Edited - having read the Cult Status blurb I think you need to be on Bronze before you get any perks. Oh well, more things to buy!

If you sign in on the app it should tell you. I'm Silver and get 150 points so hopefully Bronze get 100 points?

I’ve had my orders cancelled and I think I may have been blocked as I can’t sign in.

To be fair to me I used 4 BoJ Centella Masks on holiday and DP used 1 so I did need to restock!

Orders not blocked but not processed either so let's see but im not hopeful

It does make me wonder if they do this on purpose to generate interest. The 40% off code going live by accident twice also seems odd.

It's all going on at CB this morning. I'm late to the party yet again. Good job as I spent enough in the airport duty free this month. 😂

I’ve had a Relay tracking email for one of my orders but they’re all still processing. I probably should have selected next day delivery but I wanted to minimise the number of parcels we come home to (which DP will see) so went for 2-3 day delivery, which may mean I don’t get them at all!

Ive had the relay notification too, for 2 orders. I placed 5, on 2 different accounts, all next day delivery. If you don't get ndd with these dodgy deals they have more time to realize and stop them!

@IDontHateRainbows I probably should have gone for NDD but my dad is housesitting so the disapproval would be two fold!

@Addictedtobeauty how many orders did you do? Was it loads?. I remember they did this last year .

Quite a lot! Six on one account, have had five cancelled emails but can’t log in so assume I’m blocked.

I’m remarkably unbothered.

Mmm - I was going to do another sample order anyway, so ordered 5 samples just now, plus a mask and used the code. I have a confirmation email so hopefully it will arrive with my points, (I am Silver).

I am tempted to have another go but don’t want my first order cancelled for naughtiness!

Two of mine (on one account) have been processed. Waiting to see if the others go through.

I have no idea. They haven’t sent me anything except the cancellation emails and I’ve never been blocked before. Do they normally let people know? As long as I don’t get charged for the orders, I’m not worried. I didn’t have any account credit racked up to lose and I need to stop buying so they may have gone me a massive favour 😁.

Mine are cancelled and I'm blocked too. I did do 3 "real" orders before all the masks and had 3 Relay shipping emails so they might arrive.

If there's something I really want from CB in future I'll just sign up again with a new email.

How many masks/ separate orders did you make?
I ordered 1 x perfume sample and 2 x centella masks in 3 separate orders on the account that hasn't processed yet

not overly fussed as may stop me placing orders for things and make me think twice before ordering.
I would be more upset if it was my Space account as I rate that rewards programme over the Cult one.

It’s naughty of them to block people as it doesn’t say anything anywhere about there being a minimum spend or maximum orders on the offer.

I’m keeping everything crossed!

I was awake at 4am today and managed to get a SK lucky dip discount of 3%. I have just spent the last two hours persuading myself that this is NOT worth bringing yet more stuff into my horde.

It’s annoying, though, as I do genuinely want the BoJ serums in my basket that are massively reduced. I just don’t need the rest of the order that I added to get the free shipping.

Btw: I have worked out that an order of £46 gets you the free shipping atm, in case that helps anyone.

I can only imagine it is very loss making for them to be sending out multiple centella masks at £1.60 free next day delivery +£10 credit each order but not our fault with the glitchy codes. They should have put a min spend on.

I'm not blocked yet but feel like it's coming. Hopefully the 2 orders on the first account, which weren't centella masks but low value, have gone through
