They won't charge you. Basically you order say 2 lucky dips, the system cancels those items and replaces them with actual bags/gloves/whatever to scan out for the stock levels. There is no "stock" of lucky dips: it's a made-up SKU/item to allow you to order.

I got a Waterloo umbrella in jacaranda which initially I thought I would return as I don’t often bother with umbrellas but I’m so pleased with it even though the opening mechanism is a bit on the lively side! Also have a black canvas as my new work bag I’m very pleased with and a small and large duffel 😆

Rained all day today and I was afraid to take out my new umbrella in case I couldn't get it down again at the shops.
I need a bit more practice before I risk being out in public with it.

I received this same reply. On my first order of medium and large, there was a small crossbody added on to the items I could see I was getting.

When the parcel arrived it was not included. So I emailed them to ask them about it, and got the same reply. What is a bit odd though, as it's showing in my orders history. I neither ordered it nor received it.

I’ve just had an email to confirm they’ve received my return so I’ll have some credit towards what I really want next time there’s a sale. I’ve got a last minute lucky treasure awaiting dispatch but no updates on what it may be. I didn’t have any updates for my last order either. I’m pretty sure it’ll end up being a Paddington which I’ll probably put on Vinted. It’s the only bag in that group that I dislike.

Next sale is Easter usually isn’t it?

I also haven’t heard anything from ROKA about my order since the confirmation email. I’m hoping it’s just because they are busy, but last year delivery was very quick even though the LD went on for ages!

Have you clicked through onto the order to check you haven't got the 1p outstanding glitch? If you do, email customer services and they sort it out really quickly.

Hi, @Hawkmoth - was the 1p glitch obvious? The amount on my order, (which just says ‘unfulfilled’), is the same as on my email confirmation.

I had to click through from the email, then maybe on 'details' or something and the 1p was there. I'd drop them an email even if you can't find it, they do seem to be very helpful.

Mine says nothing about 1p but now I know what I’m getting and I wanted the surprise 😅

I've only just had an update on the shop app and placed the order on Sunday, looks like they are just very busy as lots of people on the FB group were commenting about lack of updates too.

Final order arrived today. Small Gatwick in Ash up for swap. Looking for a Heathrow although I appreciate this is a popular bag and there might not be many out there! Have included a photo to compare the size with the medium Gatwick (which we are keeping). The Ash one is the bottom one

My Monday lunchtime order has finally updated to four Canfields. And a moorgate.

FOUR.

I have emailed customer services at how unlucky I feel with no expectation of a positive response. So irked at orders after me posting urban rose camos and Gatwick and heathrows left, right and centre on the FB group and FOUR CANFIELDS.

I started HRT on Monday. I know I am being disproportionate, but I feel a bit sad.

@Snapespeare I feel your pain. I ended up with 8 medium backpacks in the end. I placed 2 orders on Sunday. When the first one updated with 2 more medium canfields I lost it and called to cancel. I said I would cancel the final order too if it was canfields and the kind lady at Roka put a note on my order to say 'cancel if it's canfields'. They sent 2 gatwicks. Lovely of them. I didn't ask them for anything specific. Actually hankering after a heathrow which are all now on Vinted for high sums. But at least it stopped the flow of another 4 medium canfields.

My final order just updated to a small citron bantry. Will wait to see it before passing judgement but yellow isn’t my favourite colour.

At least it’s not a Canfield and the small bantry is my everyday bag

That a bit rubbish @Snapespeare - if you send them an email they might take pity on you or at least send you a free returns label.

It seems likely that each packer had a box of the same item for each size -e.g. one box of medium Canfields, one box of Kenningtons and one box of Chelseas to use up before going onto the next box. Then most packets just grabbed x amount off the top of the box without considering that one customer wasn’t going to want all the same thing, (never mind the same colour in some cases!)

I am hoping my delivery details updates soon. Thanks @Hawkmoth - I will try to dig into the order further to see if there is a 1p problem buried in there! Either way, I think I will email if I haven’t heard anything by tomorrow. I don’t mind waiting; I would just like some reassurance that it’s en route!

My eBay order arrived. I love it, so won’t be as disappointed if my actual ROKA LD order is not good as I would have otherwise been.

@Snapespeare that's rubbish. I've received 2 Canfield's and supposedly another on the way, not very happy.

I spoke with customer services on Monday morning and the kind lady explained that they had run out of stock and they didn't know what they would be sent next so the system would have to work through whatever products they had, before requisitioning more stock. On Monday morning all they had left was canfields so I asked to cancel my order. She advised leaving one order open because they didn't know what sort of stock would be coming in next. They had over 1000 orders on Sunday day time alone and she knew at that point that they didnt have enough stock (even of canfields) to fulful the orders in the system so they must have received a good variety on the next restock

Sounds like there will also be a Canfield in my order then @manpan1 😹 thanks very much for the info and the update. If ROKA are replenishing stock, that might explain why I haven’t got any shipping details yet.

I already have a medium Canfield and, although I really like it, I don’t really want another, but we shall see!

@IlovePond Might be worth calling them. Ask them to put a note on the system saying to cancel the order if it is canfields. I had received 8 medium backpacks though by the time I called them so they may feel you need more in your life!😂
