I've gone in again with fomo - fb group said jackpot sold out - so I went in. code 9HF25F49 worked for me ( enabler emoticon) Jackpot still available. Do I need another five bags. I do not. (sigh)

I stopping myself from ordering again, for the 3rd time. but then someone shared a code 9HF25F49 and then I had to do it. Hopefully i don't get the military tone, that a lot of people seem to get.

I must have already used the code at some point (haven't used one for the all the lucky dips) was tempted with a last minute order but the code said it has already been used when I tried so that resolved that temptation.

On another note, I got my store credit returned today from my cancelled order. Apparantly it wasn't processed when they did my card refund so if I hadn't have asked I'd never have got it back. But good customer service it was done instantly.

I have returns on their way to Roka and I've asked for that as store credit too so I'm in good shape now to treat myself to something nice when the new designs come along 😂

It's not like it's even just an uncomplicated thing for me either, they still have to travel to another country.

I just have to break the news to my dad that I am now adding in yet another parcel into his luggage coming over. I doubt he will be overly thrilled, but as they say don't ask permission, just forgiveness.😊

I am in SA and see that Roka CEOs have routes here too. So for this order (if nothing changes) I am getting a city duffle in Jacaranda. Now here is the thing. I have a Jacaranda tree in my garden and when it's in bloom it's a thing of beauty. It just feels right somehow. I think some of the other items also have names linked to SA, I know the Bantry is, after our Bantry Bay.

For the small dip it's seems I'm getting a creative waste Canfield. I think it's a good option as I really wouldn't put an umbrella or a bucket hat to much use

My first order I have a Canfield Orchid in medium
A baby blue medium Finchley
A corn Trafalgar

So the orchid canfield and the blue Finchley have already been claimed by DD, which is not surprising. But I think it is a very nice collection.

In a past dip I received a large Finchley and cranberry crossbody which I use every day. It's still going strong after 2 years of solid use.

It's been fun. I've so enjoyed this thread and seeing what others received, and what they loved or didn't love so much.

Are most people getting what is intially showing on the order these past few days?

@isthismylifenow, my last received order was exactly what shop said it was. I have one waiting to ship, which I am thrilled about and hopeful it doesn't change. Sparkling Cosmo jubilee, Sapphire Trafalgar, Chilli Oil Canfield and Burnt Orange Heathrow. (Please don't change!) I'm not normally a very colourful person, but these are all bright accent pops and I'm here for it! I also like the idea of the jubilee as a bag shape I wouldn't have chosen
Today's twitch isn't showing yet, I am hard manifesting a Portobello tote and/or a medium Gatwick. I find Paddington's objectionable, so will probably get one of those. :-)

My worst pick would be a city duffel I think. I would have really loved a Farringdon but I don’t think they were in the dip. Probably should have just bought one I fancied but where’s the fun in that.

Also, I have just had an email asking me to confirm that I received everything in my last order. Never had that before. Has anyone else had the same?

Yes, I did. I confirmed delivery. It was for my first dip which updated on Shop. My second one never did and came with Lucky Dip labels in grey bags.

Thanks @AllIdoistidyup - it’s a weird one as it’s asking me to confirm I received the lucky dips and the actual items. Like they think I’ve had six items instead of three 🤔

I got one of those emails - it showed the item I received and a second item I didn’t order or receive.

I replied to the email by sending it to Roka CS saying I had only ordered one item and received it so not sure why it was showing a second item.

Roka CS replied (very promptly):

If you notice any additional items appearing in your order history or automated emails, please feel free to disregard them. This occasionally happens due to how our system processes Lucky Dip orders, where items may temporarily appear added or removed while the correct allocation is finalised.

I also pointed out that the confirmation email for my order took me to my Roka account which showed two lucky dips in my basket rather than the one I had ordered, and that I had to check my banking app to make sure that I hadn’t been charged twice.

How odd. How on earth are they keeping track of their stock? I’ll just email them too I think. Don’t want them trying to charge me for any more (unless they fancy sending me a couple of Heathrow 😁)
