Think I might do it.
For walking dogs and walks round local marina. I just wanta dry, warm, roomy coat.

Finally had reason to test out my dry robe and I'm giving it a 10/10!
Was going to the cinema which involves an hour walk to get there in freezing rain and strong winds today. Also needed to keep my huge bag (containing all my snacks, drinks and cardie) dry.
Arrived at the cinema toasty warm and dry and had plenty of room to keep bag dry under my coat. Perfect.

Did I look like a prat? Yes, absolutely!😅but I didn't care coz of the aforementioned toasty warm dryness.
I Def wouldn't wear it as a style choice, but for certain specific bad weather situations it will be great.

I want to know what you went to see that was worth an hours walk in freezing weather? Did you have to walk back as well?
Was it Hamnet?

Tesco is your friend....

I just bought one of these but in proper leopard print. It's waterproof, fur lined, has zipped pockets and a hood, and is very lightweight.

I ended up going down a size as, like a dry robe, it's quite roomy. Room for a big jumper or even a thinner jacket underneath.

I saw someone wearing one today walking their dog. They did look like a dry robe wanker Im afraid. Ive never seen one before but it was immediately obvious. Not the coat for me.
