Yeah I don’t mind the hand creams they get put in every bag, nappy bag, room in the house and are used up quickly.

This edit is good for that though, two full size moisturisers and a 40ml toner which I see more as a hyaluronic serum based on description .

I have a bit of a mental map built up now for how quickly I can use different types of products.

Moisturisers and toners in large sizes can take me several months to use. Cleansing balms/cleansers I can use one or more in a month so those are always fair game, haircare a couple of months or much longer depending on the product type and most make up I think I will be buried with. 😂

I'm trying to apply this knowledge practically to stop buying stuff that might have to wait 2 years to have their turn in the sun.

Yes with make up I’m like a magpie “ooh that’s pretty and sparkly” so I prefer paying RRP for the one I want rather than in edits/AC. Still very much enjoying my LE Lip Glosses everyday 🥰

I missed serums off my list. Serums are probably 2nd to cleansers in that most are 30ml and I do get through them reasonably quickly. A serum and cleanser edit would be right up my street.

Rhode has arrived at Sephora UK this morning. I predict quite a lot of it will sell out so if anyone wanted to try it or wants it for gifts maybe get something now.

It will come back in stock at some point obvs but I can the popular stuff going on this first drop.

Thanks for sharing @OvaHere. I saw that one of the products already has over 200 reviews already. I’m wondering if Sephora sends out samples for review purposes. Does anyone know what that program is called and how to apply or sign up for it?

Also thank you to @JoRaRaRa for mentioning about the extra £5 via the app. I never used the app before so I downloaded it and realised I have credit sat in there from the recycle:me scheme I used ages ago; I thought my claims for these had failed because when I used the CB website I couldn’t see anything on there (perhaps I wasn’t looking in the correct place).

Anyway, very happy as I managed to get the edit for £28.25 due to the bday code and my £10 credit, plus I’ll get the £5 at some point 🤗

They often import reviews for a new brand from the brand website or from Sephora US. They have been sending out the glazing milk samples with some orders for a while as I've had a couple.

@JoRaRaRa It’s the other way around for me - bought it for the pads mainly and medic8 as an extra.😁 Same with other bits and bobs - not really needed. Do you sell on Vinted? I stopped selling anything since they took away the option to arrange collections if shipped with Royal Mail. I live in a village, so not really worthwhile to go to shipping points🙄

Boots are doing another one of their show stopper boxes soon. No details about cost as yet.

Yes, I sell via vinted. I switched off some of the postage options so that I'm not going to loads of different locations. I'm quite lucky that I live in a big town that has multiple lockers from different couriers, but it is annoying if you've got to go to 5 different ones for 5 parcels which you'll only get a quid for 🤣 I turned off the royal mail option too, I'm working when the post office is open so it ends up taking up my lunch break. I did buy from someone that put on their listing that they only visit the evri (my preferred) locker once a week on a Tuesday due to distance, so could you put something like that? Make it clear that you only go once or twice a week, then hopefully you're taking a load of stuff there 😊

Someone a while back recommended Voucher Codes. I just want to say thank you 🙏 and recommend it to others. You get £5 voucher for 2 vip shops which includes CB, LF etc (also EBay). But also great offers eg £10 Amazon gift card for £50 spend at Cult Beauty atm. I’ve only been using it a few weeks so still experimenting but Voucher Codes seems to stack with offer codes.

Thanks for the brush recommendations, I have MAC ones currently but they are perhaps 20 years old now and I'm sure they arent that good anymore. I have my eye on the hourglass ones, fingers crossed on black friday sales!

I've mentioned vouchercodes on here a few times, and it's great because voucher codes are not excluded like topcashback/quidco, using giftcards are not excluded like topcashback/quidco and the extra giftcards on x amount spends PLUS the £5 for 2 VIP shops. Just bear in mind it's capped at £25 a month, so 10 VIP shops. You can cashout your codes on the 28th of each month I think, then use those towards the next shop and bonuses. Some seriously good stacking potential. I dont bother with topcashback anymore, retailers use any excuse to not pay out despite doing everything completely correct and even if they lie you have no comeback.

Beauty Bay is doing 30% off selected gift sets if you buy two or more. There are some good Christmas gift type things on there, including SDJ and Laneige sets. I think I saw some Spectrum brush sets too.

Just had an email about the SNK gwp. It starts tomorrow, is worth £280. The min spend is £185 but the fragrance advent will be included.

So anyone still thinking of getting the fragrance advent and wants to spend a bit more on top then this may be worth it to you.
