I have ordered the Dior crystal sparkley lip balm as it’s on offer at John Lewis . Needed something to cheer myself up . Hope it’s nice .

My Laneige lip mask set arrived. No idea why I got them, I don’t like that kind of lip balm!! Luckily I have palmed one off on the teen and the others can go to teen nieces’ present.

I’m solidly a blistex girl and have been for decades! I really had a moment of madness…

I have many moments but I blame it on the full moon! 😂

I’ve decided I must hold off on the CB edit with the Medik8 as I have just got a big order from CB. If it’s still around when my £5 reward drops last week, (unlikely, I think, on balance), I will reconsider.

I don’t know why I became so obsessed with getting the CB fragrance GWP last week, (order has just arrived), as well as buying the fragrance stocking, because I probably won’t like any of them.

Tbf, I have already tried the tiny Creed sample and don’t mind it, (doesn’t smell like damp/mouldy wood like the previous one I tried).

I’ve put all the tiny samples in my bedroom to use up and the rest has been squished into my Liberty calendar, (some of the drawers are quite big).

The exception is the Disco one - I had a little sniff and it smells like floral drain cleaner. No point in my keeping that one 😿

I don’t post very often, but I really enjoy these threads and all of the advice and discount codes shared.

Aw I'm loving the fragrance gwp from cb. I used to have loads of perfumes so it's a nice treat. I'm easily pleased though, fragrance wise.

Look Good Feel Better is a great charity. They support women who have breast cancer, and run makeup sessions where they give each person a big bag of stuff and talk them through using it. It’s a real pick up when you are feeling otherwise pretty grim.

Do Cult Beauty run double/triple points events? I need an IPL device and they are not cheap, so might as well hold out for extra points. I know Boots do double points occasionally, but I don't spend a lot in there so would rather buy on CB and get my points with them.
Also, do any of you use an IPL? From what I’ve seen so far Philips Lumea, Silk’n 7 & Brown seem to be most popular, but wonder if there any other that I have overlooked?

Yes, every so often they do points events. They've not had one for a while so if they do one this year it will probably be part of their Black Friday offers or a bit closer to Xmas in December.

Boots £10 Tuesday today has Fenty included plus some gift sets and other good bits and pieces.

No the Dior rouge lipstick holiday limited edition in crystal but the double ended ones look beautiful .I bought a Dior sequin lip gloss last year and I still love wearing it for the subtle sparkles.

Rarely I’d say, I’ve only seen it recently with double points for the calendar but it ended up being same value as £20 off when CB BAC launched. The best I see is 25% off which as a gold status member I’m offered a few times, and I think it’s their Black Friday offer.

I have a spend £50 receive £15 voucher in my Cult Beauty app today. I think they get you to look so you’re more likely to buy when BF does come around

@HolaLolla I have a Philips Lumea and it's been life transforming.
It took me a couple of years to buy one trying to decide which model and getting used to the idea that yes I want to spend my money on it. Everyone should buy it in their 20s, this needs to be taught in schools!!!
I would suggest choosing a lower model (so not the absolute latest model, they always upgrade) to reduce cost. You want one that plugs into the wall, not cordless.
Then look at as many websites as you can and bookmark some waiting for BF sales or Christmas or New Year sales. I got mine from Amazon on one of these sales events.

Me too, it's annoying when I bought the tried and tested edit yday 😐 I'm going to stop buying things on release day.

It doesn't add the gift card to my basket for this. Put 2 in to check. With or without the discount but does on other things x
