The perfume society order is due to land today - very impressed with the next day delivery.

Also trying miami shake from the snk frag cal. Like the very milkshake on which it is based this one is nice in short doses but I couldn't wear it all the time.

Mamajuju today. Very appropriate for a wet autumn day, which it is here. Wet earth, wet leaves, a faint hint of smoke from someone's woodburner in the distance...

Unfortunately the cumin is too strong and it's overwhelming the more interesting scents. Not a love.

Vanilla factory from the liberty scent kit - I do like this one. The only Bibbi I've got on with. I desperately wanted to like swimming pool but it just smelled like a bottle of medicine to me. I mustn't like the strong aquatic scents but this vanilla one is right up my street and the right amount of sweetness.

BDK Vanilla Caviar is so strange... nott safe blind buy. Smells like pure raw cacao too me, not something I want to smell like ever. Or to sit near someone who smell like that. Oil and raw cacao, slitly bitter - that's all. You may have better luck.

I ordered the soki Christmas set and I am having second thoughts. I have wanted to try them forever but 117 euro for blind purchase feels spendy

Kylie 2 - it's sweet/fresh and cutsie. I would imagine young girls would love it
Phlur Mr Smith - I really liked it but didn't test it on skin. It reminds me of green apple perfume my mum liked when I was growing up. Very simple,
Two nice Jo Malone for Zara fragrances - Orange Saffron and Caviar Bergamot. I sniffed the incent one from same range and didn't like it at all
Le Labo The Noir - really not for me, The Matcha I have a feeling I will like more if I test on skin

All these are just bottle sniff, as I wanted to commit to testing BDS Vanilla Caviar on skin and test strip. What a disapointment.

ADP Oud & Zagara for me today. I really like this one but I’m rubbish at describing notes.

The perfume society boxes arrived today, both of them, and i definitely wasn't charged for them only for the autumn sample box.

Impressed that they came next day as well.

Looking forward to trying the Marly Palatine. Loads of other stuff in there mainly small samples.

That's lovely especially if you like saffron. It was in the harrods fragrance calendar either last year or year before so probably still on ebay/ vinted if you want to try and smaller size first.

Aldebaran: bold, spicy and fiery, with white florals and paprika heat. I don't like this one, it's absolutely not for me 😐

Tilia: soft sunshine in a bottle, all golden blossom and gentle woods. Absolutely gorgeous 😍

Encelade: smoky green forest vibes, mysterious and addictive. Another love 😍 I'm going to wear this one tonight for my night time abbey walk ❤️

Ganymede: light, elegant and sparkly with that clean mineral leather. I already have this one in my Harrods advent calendar, but I absolutely love it ❤️ I'm feeling more sparkly today, and went looking for a sparkly red lipstick, so I think I could be reaching for this one over the next few days.

B683: smooth, spicy leather; warm, confident and quietly powerful. Big like 😍

A beautiful, well-curated set that takes you from sunlight to starlight 🌞✨🌙 I'm so pleased with it. When I smelt the first one and didn't like it, I was like 'ooooh no' 🙈

Farina 1709 Eau de Cologne: crisp, fresh and timeless, but a bit too classic for me. Nice, but one I’ll probably pass on.
Escentric Molecules 02: unexpectedly beautiful! Warm, cocooning, and quietly cosy. Feels perfect for autumn 🍂
Les Eaux Primordiales Couleur Primaire: smells just like clean laundry on me. Fresh, but not my vibe 😐

Still to explore: the Ataratma Discovery Set and the rest of my autumn scents box 🌙✨

Also SOTD for me and triggered memories of sharpening pencils at primary school - in a good way! Definitely warming and I think will layer well with vanilla lead scents

I bought the queen of the night from vinted. It's not a love for me unfortunately. I've popped it in my ac, but it's not as powerful as I was expecting with a fragrance that has queen in the title 😕

Palatine is really nice. I can't decide if to sell it though, I've already got a few bottles of it. They are all small ones though. Let us know what your thoughts are 😊

Scent of the weekend is Jo Malone Wood Sage & Sea Salt from the LF frag advent. I'm staying with relatives and only brought this one. It's nice and inoffensive.

I bought the scent discovery bargain as spotted by @JoRaRaRa mine isn't arriving until Monday, which is for the best as nobody is at home.

Thanks for this, gives me an idea of what to expect. Only tried the initio power self from the autumn sample box yet but liked it.

Wood Sage is even better in the summer & heat.

I didn't love Palatine, I sold it. It's ok, I don't dislike it but when you have more then 20 perfumes like is not enough to keep something

I didn't wear anything during the day, as I wanted to test Vanilla Caviar on skin properly. Going out tonight. I was set for Ambre Nuit, Dior Private collection but by accident I used Bois d'Argent Dior * *

It's beautify blended, very smooth/elegant fragrance. Not something I am tempted to buy as I don't often feel the need to smell like this, but will be very happy using up my 10m. Actually the 3 * 10mls I have from Dior Prive can all be described as elegant, smooth and beautifully blended - Gris Dior, and Ambre nuit and Bois d'Argent Dior and all are rated between 4.22 and 4.38 on fragantica. They have little classic, nearly nostalgic vibe as they are so smoot but I can appreciate them

Really getting into the mo ghost absolu, glad i got this as my fb from the discovery set. I wanted it for my birthday ages ago but changed my mind at the last minute.

I also ordered the Ellis Brooklyn rollerball fragrance set. I've been loving vanilla milk on a morning and evening, I find it so cosy, and this set includes the rollerball. I think both are such a good deal 😍

I really, really love Maison Margiela's Jazz Club. Does anyone know of anything similar?

I am trying to decide what to do about Velvet Aura. I love the scent but it is so weak! I am surprised at the dent, I only bought it last week. Its limited edition and 56 euro for 50 ml. Not at all expensive, I love it but is it worth backups of such poor longevity?

I'm feeling a bit sorry for the Perfume Society at the moment. I hope no-one there gets into serious trouble for any financial losses on the Deluxe box if it is a mistake.
