I do like that one but only in short doses. It's one of the better Vyraos in my opinion.

SOTD is D&S Durga Debaser. This is a new one for me. Green fig. Very green and very figgy. I like it. Probably even nicer in warmer weather.
This morning I finally tried Bibbi Swimming Pool from the Liberty edit. Camphor, eucalyptus and toothpaste. Not for me!!😱

Quick review of a few of the perfumes from the perfume society boxes:

Autumn box: just tried the initio power self, quite sweet, I like it but I wouldn't say it was my idea of autumnal. I might put it away for spring.

Essence Deluxe box:
Molton brown oudh and gold, love this one, it's so warm and perfect for this time of year.

Boadicea the victorious lannosea, this has a lemony burst through it to start with which I'm not keen on. But it dries down to a really nice golden feel which I do like. So I'm pleased with that as I initially thought it was going to go in the bin 🤣

Elle saab l'homme: I guess the clue is in the name. I think women could wear this too, but it's not for me and I'll be popping it in my husband's Christmas stocking. The bottle is gorgeous though 😍

Elle saab absolu: only a 1.5ml sample of this, but it is gorgeous 😍 floral and amber but not too sweet. Again, has a golden feel.

PDM palatine: I already have this and like it. It's a powdery violet, very beautiful and soft. I'm trying to decide if I'm going to sell this one so I didn't test it again.

Shay and blue amber oud ahad: not sure what I think of this one. It's described as honeyed neroli, plush amber and supple oud. It's a like, not a love.

I've still a lot to try (including the 2 discovery boxes) but I've ran out of arms 🤣 I'll have to do the rest over the next few days. So TBC...

I wish they would put Tiger by her Side or Celestial Patchouli in one of the sets instead of it always being Sandalwood Temple. I was pleased to get some of it, but not sure I want much more.

I haven't tried Mamajuju yet; hoping to like it.

Witchy Woo for me today, as it’s Halloween. I succumbed to the Perfume Society boxes too but they haven’t arrived yet.

Lurker here! How are you getting the Essence discovery box for free? I put mine in my basket with a seasonal subscription and it's coming up at £91 - £65 for the box, £21 for the sub and £5 postage. This is at the checkout. I would have to hit buy now which I'm loathe to do for £91!

OMG yes! Thanks for the reminder. How did I forget, this is made for Halloween! off to correct this now with generous spray of the spookiest perfume I own.

perfect! I literally feel I can take a broom and fly in the dark over burning halloween fires and deep dark forest.

SOTD for me is Escentric Molecules M01 + Ginger. Smelled exactly like fresh grated ginger when first applied but faded quite quickly and now completely gone.

I need to pick up my witchy woo, hopefully I can get there today 😕 gutted that it's only arrived there today and I've not been able to use it yet 🙄

I don't know, I added the essence discovery box first, not sure if it's the order that changes it. I then went for the quarterly payments on the subscription box. Maybe it wasn't meant to be free 🤔

The CH mystery box is sold out now. I’m happy as I was sorely tempted but I don’t need it.

I was greedy and ordered 2 boxes, didn't mean to but my basket updated to 2 whilst I was faffing with my phone and it still said £0 so.......

Mojave ghost absolu landed and its beautiful. Definitely a bit sweeter than the original but I knew not to expect it to be the same.

I also got 2 absolu samples in a cute little byredo bag/ pouch that will be a great perfume bag for my handbag.

I love mine. It's my favourite scent. Make some heavy hints for someone to get you the body wash for Xmas. My DD bought me some last year. I use it sparingly but it's nice to use both and it boosts the scent a bit.

After hearing your description, I also want to give it a try. Hahaha
