I love MG absolu. It's probably my favourite scent that I own and there are a few contenders for that title.

lazy Sunday morning today. I still can’t decide if I like this, I think I prefer bubble bath

Soapy/laundry scents are also very different. I don't love Lazy Sunday Morning or Bubble bath or Blanche Byredo. I love Acne Frederick Malle and my husband hates it. I think Ellis Brooklyn has little more softness and it is easier to like - if you are interested in trying something else that smells fresh and clean. however the longevity is shocking

I'm really not an aldehyde/clean scents fan. Shame as getting a byredo absolu in the snk should have been the cherry on the cake.

I'm not a fan of the lazy Sunday morning but I do like the byredo 😍 I think it's more of a summer scent though.

Guerlain Spiritueuse Double Vanilla for this afternoons scent, I felt it went well with the sana jardin from this morning. I then sprayed on black opium glitter around 2 hours ago. I feel like I need to finish off today with sana jardin again, it's such a cosy scent and it's so miserable outside here tonight 😕

Ex nihilo blue talisman today, from the HN BAC which was discounted 25% and I can see why. Its a crap advent calendar most stuff will go on ebay. I like the blue talisman though. Also in there perfume wise is granado fervo intense, and le labo eucalyptus. Not a eucalyptus fan but will try the granado.
Overall though a disappointment compared to the frag cal which was much better..at least I'll likely get my money back.

What is blue Talisman like? I've been wanting to try that.

Im rubbish at describing, but slightly citrus to start but in quite a soft way. Not harsh or zingy.

Reckon I'll like the granado fervo from the scent profile but im not trying it until tomorrow.

I’ve never sniffed that but it would be right up my street
I either smell like soap or cake

4160Ts Burnt Cedar Rainbow Doves today. Still a bonkers name!

Tried Kayali Chocolate Oud this eve. This is lovely. Chocolately with a hint of spiced apple. Very christmassy. I can see a mini bottle of this in my future.

SOTD I’ve tried the M&S Discover White Coconut EDP £16 50ml again. No headache, I must have just been a bit poorly before. It does give that lovely coconut vanilla creamy smell I am looking for. It lasts all day, I can still smell it now and I get ready at 6am. Really comforting.

But nowhere near as nice as Commodity Orchid Milk £140 100ml, or BORNTOSTANDOUT Black Crème £255 50ml ! Was really hoping i could find a much cheaper smell I liked. I think I’ll end up buying the Commodity it looks very reasonably priced next to BORNTOSTANDOUT 🤣

Miller Harris Scherzo for me this evening. Love this scent but I find it very strong and long lasting, so definitely have to be in the right mood for it.

I’ve ordered a bottle of the M & S Lost Cherry dupe to try.

Memo marfa from the hn beauty calendar. Forgot how much I like this one, sweet and powdered with a touch of orange.

SOTE is Miami Shake. I like it but it’s quite sweet so I’ll be putting it away until spring.

Scherzo is lovely. One of the few rose scents I really like.

Acqua di Parma Oud & Spice from the JL luxe box, I really like this one 😍 I can see this fast becoming my favourite. Although I feel like I'm saying that about every perfume at the moment, I think I'm just loving all spicy autumnal fragrances right now 🥰

I've listed the Jo Malone, my aunt bought me the one in the box for my 30th (so quite a few years ago) and I ended up using it as a room spray 🤣 I've also listed the Delina Exclusif to try to claw back some money as I've already got a 10ml in the PDM countdown.
