I quite liked these trousers but both my DM and DH they didn’t do em any favours but I still liked them! So wanted to know other opinions :)

No, I disagree very strongly. The model is used to fat shame. The average size in the UK is size 16. The average height is 5 ft 3.

Oh don't be ridiculous. I'm 5'3 and depending on brands can occasiobally be a 16. The only offensive thing about those trousers is how awful they are.

I agree with others it’s the fit that’s off. I think it’s best to ignore the number on the size tag and wear the size that suits you best. Often trousers do look better if you size up, but you only know when you try them on.

100 per cent this. you also mentioned tye price - that it was cheap and that's why you picked it
I have this with my mother she goes in straight to sale rail and buys a load of one off peaces (most with out trying on ) because they were cheap. she has a wardrobe of mis matched clothes that some also don't fit properly - the size on the label aslo matters to her ( even thoigh I am trying to tell her it doesn't matter ) pick clothes you like that you can mix and match with your wardrobe fits into your lifestyle - then you try on look at the quality then look at the price.
