Does it really look that bad?

I quite liked these trousers but both my DM and DH they didn’t do em any favours but I still liked them! So wanted to know other opinions :)

I didn't see they are meant to be capri length, try rolling up as well as a black shoe?

Possibly a size up would be better.

The people who think they don't do you any favours-what are they wearing??

trousers are fab shoes and jacket wrong you need a different shade of shoe. and a over sized knit or blouse on top. let the trousers shine and keep rest simple

I really like them and in fact used to have a very similar pair which got me loads of compliments at the time.

I know long is in fashion currently but Capri / cigarette trousers are what they are. Personally I cycle everywhere so this kind of length is great.

They don’t flatter at all, they grip to all the wrong parts, but if you are happy to wear them do so.

There’s an optical illusion caused by the print, I think. It gives you the illusion of a wider tummy and thigh.

When you move, that won’t happen in the same way so if you like them, get them.

That’s basically why I didn’t buy them!

You look great in them.
Not so sure about the pattern it's a bit much on the eyes.

To me, the length seems off. They’re a strange sort of middle ground, not quite cropped enough and not quite long enough to be one of the other. Otherwise I quite like them on you, but I am a fan of a bold print!

The trousers are fine but the white top is unflattering. You need a fitted black top in a thicker fabric and black wedge sandals.

You have a lovely figure and and I can't see any sign of a tummy (not that it would matter)

They look fine on the pic of the model you posted, but they don't suit you @CVVFan Your legs are quite short, and these trousers make them look shorter, and make you appear stocky. I'm not saying you are stocky, and you have a decent figure, but these trousers do you NO favours. I hope you kept the receipt! 😬

I like them although not quite my style. They’d look great with cashmere in the winter (so Boden!) I agree with others they look a little snug and unflattering. I like the length on you though. Prefer to the model where they are half way up her legs! If it was me I’d try on the next size up then decide.

They are meant to be shorter, look at the model. Op isn’t tall so they are sitting on the wrong part of her leg which look odd.
