Which slippers do you wear in the office?

I suppose it's best to go for black? I saw a nice pair of closed Birkenstocks but they're white with a pattern on....I guess they won't go with anything! Crocs seem a bit clunky for the office, although some of my colleagues do wear them. Are the Birkenstock clogs less so? Not sure what to look for tbh, shoes always look large on me as I have big feet. I usually wear dark jeans or dark linen trousers.

I wear my shoes, because I'm a grown up.

I wear normal shoes because I’m an adult in the workplace. Do you also wear a dressing gown to work?

I wear Birkenstock Boston clogs most of the time but they aren't slippers as I wear them outside the house. Mine are stone coloured and go with most things, I've switched to them from white trainers. We are very casual.

OP- are you in Japan or somewhere that slippers are the norm for indoors, even in an office???

Slippers at work…where you work alongside other other people or a home office?? I wouldn’t wear any slippers in a general workplace, like I wouldn’t wear my pyjamas.

People don't go to work in their slippers. They go to work in normal shoes and then change in the office. At the moment it's not really an issue, (although I'm a bit concerned my trainers will start to smell if I wear them all day when it's so hot) but in winter when most people will be wearing snow boots to commute, it's normal to have a pair of slippers to change into.
