My engagement ring arrived this morning and I'm so in love with it, can I see yours?

Terrible hands but I adore my ring. Really dislike my wedding band though and need to change that (hence not pictured).

@nosleepforme this is a 4ct cushion cut. I think 4.04? It's a lab made one, I always wanted a lovely big sparkler but could never justify the cost of a 4ct VS1 natural diamond!

This is mine, one carat (well, 1.07) in a cathedral setting, held high so other rings fit underneath.

This is mine - my second one (and wedding and eternity rings) as I put on weight and the originals couldn't be altered. I prefer the second set as the first were yellow gold.

My engagement ring is Victorian (it's a "common" nine-stoner 😁). Amazingly DH found a pair of new earrings in Australia that exactly match the ring. I've replaced the wire-thin shank on the ring with one from a vintage ring that my jeweller godmother had given me.

Wedding band was my late mother's. She died not long before our wedding. DH gave me the eternity ring for our 20th anniversary.

I do have a thumb, I promise!
My husband picked my engagement ring because the style has the same name as our eldest daughter.

These all just make me think I need to get remarried!! God sake I never got anything as beautiful 😢
