I like today's as well. I've been travelling a lot recently, with more to come, and so I like having smaller luxe products to take with me as a treat.

I tried the day cream today and it pilled terribly on me.

I've wanted to try the clinique cleansing balm for a while so am happy with today!

I used the PK elasticiser this morning. Combed it through damp hair and tied up, washed as normal.
My hair feels so soft and smooth. Something I might well buy again.

I tried it again and used a bit more product, hair feels no different :/

I’m loving the calendar so far. Today’s is another hit for me. I’ll be using everything except for the perfume.

I'm a little underwhelmed with the advent calendar so far. I did have a quick look through the brands so hopeful for the rest but didn't check product or size so we shall see.

The pk elasticiser - I used this years ago when my hair was badly damaged from heat styling, actually snapping off several inches at the ends when brushed. It made a huge difference, maybe your hair its just too good.

Much happier with today's Clinique.

@HebburnPokemon my hair is quite thick and frizzy so it didn't make it thicker it feels softer and smoother.

Another one for my DD today as she uses this cleansing balm.

Tried the elasticizer this morning as wasn't in a rush (nowhere to go in this weather 😩)
I found using it before and not after shampooing made it very frizzy but I do have very fine, knotty hair! Does anyone also use conditioner afterwards or would that be overkill? It was nice and soft after it dried though!

Yes I shampooed and conditioned after as normal.

Day 6 - Nails Inc nude nail polish 10ml, again can't find this exact shade but around £6

Day 7 - Clinique take the day off balm 15ml £4.12 based on large tub price.

I will use the Clinique makeup remover. Good travel size pot.

A nice enough product but again something to put aside for travelling.
Tomorrow and Tuesday both look full size so hopefully something decent.

I’m always happy with a shower gel, although I have quite a stash at the moment!

I often have to get up super early (4am) for work so shower the night before. This gel should be ideal for this with the lavender and eucalyptus

I'm a little underwhelmed by the calendar too so far. That PK hair stuff ends up in every beauty box and calendar which means I already have a stash of it.

I have used the red Nails Inc Polish to my Christmas party though and will use the shower gel this morning.

It is pretty much the same thing every year. I know what I'm getting and it can be hit and miss. But equally overall it works out as vfm.

Cowshed products are generally well regarded and I've had a few of their shower gels. This will get used quickly.
