I actually like this colour, I always used to wear Porchester Square by nails Inc which was a bit warmer. This might be a bit cool for me.

anyway, at least the nail polishes are out of the way now and im glad it’s not glittery! (I got a glittery green one on first day of vogue and it made my toenail look infected 🙃)

Deary deary me another dud for me, awful colour on my nails I look ill with it on.

Too early for 2 nail varnishes, at this rate I am defiantly not buying another M&S advent.

Hope tomorrow improves and not another repeat of other years....

See there are loads of this already on ebay as a set of 2 with the other colour.

I much prefer this colour to the red.

I’m guessing they put them so close chronologically so they can be used together.

I'm currently sitting with it on.

How long should we leave this on?

Not wild about another nail varnish. I never wear it on my fingernails (too clumsy, it lasts 5 mins) and prefer a brighter colour on my toes.
happy with the Aveda mask though, I use other products from this range and really like them so looking forward to this.
I dislike the smell of the day cream but so far loving the way it makes my skin feel.

Tried the day cream yesterday. It was okay. Wouldn't repurchase though.

Today's nail varnish - booooooooring

Much better colour for me today....I'll actually wear this one.

Really enjoying the perfume so far and am looking forward to trying the elasticizer over the weekend!

Not impressed, looks like a fungal mail cover up!

I've already got about 3 nail varnish in similar colours so this is also going in the charity bag.

It says 20 minutes on the tube so I did it for that.

So my take so far...all a bit underwhelming. M&S advent calendars usually start off pretty good then go a bit meh. Then good again towards the end. This one, so far, has been a bit meh.

2 nail polishes and 2 hair conditioners in the first 6 days is not great planning on behalf of M&S. And I say that as a loyal M&S customer.

I've just applied the nail varnish, it's a really good brush, only one stroke needed. 2 coats.
I will wear this a lot.

That looks nicer on than I thought it would.

This looks lovely! I also felt a bit "meh" but I will keep and use if it looks as nice as this on.

I would say it's a bit pinker than it looks in the bottle

this really isn't in the spirit of the thread, yes we are all having a moan but we are only 6 days into a 24 day calendar and the whole point of this thread is we are opening it day by day together.

I’m wearing the floral street perfume today, which is actually a lot woodier than I expected. Unfortunately I’ve got a really bad headache and I’m wondering if it’s correlated to the new perfume :(

Today's nail polish is a bit too pale for me. I much prefer the colour of the first one.
