Oh dear...I weakened and ordered the BBC box. It's definitely a want, not a need but I can pass on things I don't want. Last year's was brilliant value and I used all the Jurlique products in the free calendar.The essence and eye serum were especially good.
I would be up for a swap thread later on.

I have always been pleased with the BBC boxes in the past but I've never had the things like Shiseido serum or a full size Penhaligons. Pot luck I guess. The best bargain was the full size Strivectin neck cream - managed to get two of those one year. It's the element of surprise and new things to try that I like.

I’d give it a go for £30 max on a mystery box @GentlemanJack - but £150 is too much for me!

Waiting with bated breath to see what people get today/tomorrow so I can be jealous 😹

Ok so mine has arrived and I am delighted with it. I took a huge risk and ordered the £220 one from Friday. My device is the Ziip Halo.

No idea what this Zip thingymebob is all about but it looks very sci-fi.
Mine has been dispatched so hopefully arriving within a few days. I think I will do a repeat of last year, a lucky dip every day from this box. I will need to ask a willing family member to fashion together a lucky dip cardboard box for me to keep the mystery element alive.

Anyway my Latest in Beauty mystery box (AKA the Very Very Poor Girl's Bridal Beauty Mystery Box Proxy Purchase) arrived.
There's a huge amount of stuff, so not to be sniffed at for £20 +p&p. But not many that are absolutely thrilling me tbh so I'm still coveting a few of the items @always
had in her box last week.
I'll use more than enough to justify the spend and the rest are heading to Vinted.
I am taking this as a sign to stop the frenzied beauty box purchasing.

@HaveADiscountOnMe I bought one of the Latest in Beauty mystery boxes a month or so ago and was really happy with it.

I have done a quick breakdown of my box,19 products. Broken down into 9 skincare, 4 makeup, 3 Haircare, 2 perfume and 1 device.
All full size except the 2 single use masks
value wise it is £730 excluding the device and £1108 if you add it in.
A few things will go on Vinted but overall very happy.

My LiB £20 mystery box arrived. Enough to make it worth £20 but most will passed on. Really looking forward to the BBC festive box arriving now and hoping for some good quality skincare.
