All the korean skincare brands are well known. I have used skin1004,their sunscreen is the best.haruharu black rice /mixsoon/some by me all are approved by James Welsh(skincare youtuber) .

I've just treated myself to the HB one inspired by this thread! Normally get the M&S one, but I wanted less make up more skin care this time. Plus didn't need anything in particular from there to spend the £35. I checked blue light card which gives 5% off at H&B but the AC didn't allow any discount codes at checkout. Free delivery though!

Has anyone got the Flannels cracker? It's currently 20% off and I'm tempted.

I just bought the justmylook calendar as well, it seems good value. Free postage and has the free gift with it.

I got Look Fantastic a few weeks back and have already opened it. I'm really happy with it, very few things in there that I won't use, and full size products for quite a few, not just minis.

I’m really tempted too but I don’t know the two full size fragrances so I keep changing my mind.

@QueefofSheena I am not going to lie to you I don't love the full size choices. Do you like Santal 33 and skin fragrances similar to Glossier You? Leather is similar to Santal 33, and I have 15ml from it - I always get compliments still, I am on my second 15ml but it seems other people like it on me more then I do. I will give it a try. Xtra Milk I had sample of and didn't get much scent but I am open to try again. I didn't like how oily it is, it can stain a top. Sometimes when trying from bottle I get different experience

I was speaking with a friend in the US and ACs came up. Apparently Space NK is a bit of a hot ticket item in her circle this year, with many buying for their teens. She said they ordered on release date but haven’t received anything and the customer service has been so shocking that many went on to cancel. Perhaps that could explain it coming in stock for seconds at a time.

Thanks @MiaN , I think I may pass on Space. The GWP has a few of the same scents so I’ve got those to try. I’m not that keen on oily perfume, I love a good spritz!

Sephora released a box with perfume and a candle quite close to Christmas last year, I hope they do another. The only thing I remember from it was the candle and Commodity paper.

Join us at scent of the day thread once you start opening/sniffing them but be careful if you don't want spoilers as there are bunch of eager sniffers there, me including that doesn't have great patience. Plus with most being 12 day it will be hard to align days.

That witchy woo got me, weird/spooky little witch that I didn't not immediately like but want to keep sniffing.

I like the look of the Just My Look calendar - what a great price, AND a free gift. It’s joined M&S and H&B on my ‘calendars I am resisting’ list. I sort of regret not getting SpaceNK, but baulked at spending that much on one item all at once.

However, having lost my mind in Aldi, (of all places😹), last week, together with my Boots Summer box, Shiseido and Rituals a/cs, plus all the skincare and make up I already have, I think I am sorted until the next millennium!

My DH usually gets me the EL blockbuster box for Xmas, as I use the two serums every day without fail. However, the box is getting smaller every year, so I think I’ll just wait for a deal on the serums themselves. Those and my anti-wrinkle serum are the only things I could possibly justify buying for the foreseeable future.

I love reading this thread, but I am like a toddler in a toy shop - I seem to want everything I hear about as I do love a bargain!

I still haven’t got an advent for my teen dd. I don’t recognise most of the brands in Just my look.

I’ve looked for “Yes style” but I think it must be out of stock now. It used to state the different dates that it would be available, but that seems to be gone now.

I will probably get her the Boots one if it’s discounted, but otherwise I will just get her a chocolate one

I agree @MyStylish40s - GB looks good, especially for teens.

As per my earlier post:

If you are near Thirsk, the Aldi there not only had loads of Drunk Elephant moisturisers and SRiley serum dupes the other day, but they were reduced as not shifting.

They are in the SpecialBuys aisle.

I can confirm that they are lovely and seem to be agreeing with my skin, at least.
