Do you actually change clothes to drop off/pick up at school?
Who are you trying to impress?
Do you have nothing more important to think about?

Thanks MamaG - fake tan you say......hmmmmmm.....if it's hot I might just do that! I'm over thirty now and I've never ventured down that path - perhaps it is time!

NorthernLurker I have in the past used Fade Out on my legs in emergency

it is helpful in 'oh dear god is today summer?' mornings when you know that by the day after and your fake tan kicks in it will be sleeting

Cappuccino · 22/04/2008 13:52

mind you am pale and interesting

I like that tan stuff too cod but I found it smells of sweaty socks and is a dead giveaway.

Also it rubs off if you wear boots.

I saw an odour free one advertised.

NorthernLurker · 22/04/2008 13:58

oooh Boots - advantage card points

Cappuccino · 22/04/2008 13:58

dove one is nicer

expatinscotland · 22/04/2008 13:58

Have yet to find a self-tanner that doesn't turn me orange.

Have given up.

morningpaper · 22/04/2008 14:00

Hmmm I can't help but feel that people are perhaps taking too many posts a tad LITERALLY these days....

MamaG · 22/04/2008 14:00

have you tried L'oreal moisturiser expat?

stuffitllama · 22/04/2008 14:00

clarins expat
never give up it's our duty

Monkeybird · 22/04/2008 14:01

YES! (late to this thread I know, responding to someone about 4 years back)

There are summer school run dresses for the large of norkage: here

i like them all except the dotty one which I'm not sure about

expatinscotland · 22/04/2008 14:01

yep, i have MamaG.

i have very fair skin. which is olive in undertone.

tans beautifully.

i'd go sunbed if i ever wanted to a bit of colour.

CeilingCat · 22/04/2008 14:02

is this a good school run dress?

Spidermama · 22/04/2008 14:03

Golly Monkey. They're glam for the school run. Even Madonna wears sweats and a t-shirt to pick up Lourdes. Mind you she'd look good in an old sack.

stuffitllama · 22/04/2008 14:03

you are all mad
who needs to get their legs out on a school run
mine would scare the children
