It was great to downsize so much and release funds for few new things I am genuinely excited for. We bought advents for us as family, 3 of us, and sold things we don't like from the advents. As well as things I bought retail over the last year but didn't work for me, as my taste change. Or I blind bought. I send freebies with every purchase - samples, minis if they bought the full size. Todays package I added BDK rouge smoking extrait, and vb portofino sample. I am not in to make money - I wanted to offload on great prices, make someone happy and finance few new parfums.
I sold in local facebook group and niche mid range items like commodity, 7 virtues, glossier you, bianco latte, sol de Janeiro went very quickly - I really cut prices on those. Even my son said - wow you have so much less now.
My items for sale are nearly gone, and I am happy to get my lunch breaks back without going to the post. And if I want to make this happen I will need to do a real 4 perfumes or less for a year starting December.
I did enjoy it, I got lovely messages of application for the freebies. One buyer even send me some samples back from her own!
I would do it once or twice a year if I need to, it was much easier then expected and I didn't expect I will find some of it enjoyable. But I don't want to deal with it all the time
