I’ve ordered the same blouse and the broderie anglaise version and will decide between the two. Also, the batik look padded jacket. I hovered over the military jacket but restrained myself.

whosthefoolnow · 06/06/2024 10:03

I had a look and honestly finding it really hard to actually see the clothes amongst some of the odd poses the models are in and bad lighting.

ChockysChimichanga · 06/06/2024 10:03

Hmm. I’ve been waiting for this to drop too and I’m not massively keen on most of it. I quite like the quilted jacket but question how often I’d wear it.

RickyGervaislovesdogs · 06/06/2024 10:05

Can you get this in the U.K.?

RickyGervaislovesdogs · 06/06/2024 10:06

Oops sorry I found it!!

FatElvis · 06/06/2024 10:15

I only wanted the barrel leg jeans but they've sold out in pretty much every size.

GettingStuffed · 06/06/2024 11:23

I've just looked and nothing caught my fancy. I like the ombré dress but it's high necked and I need a v. I don't like any bottom halves either. I did notice a beaded "dress"being worn over jeans as it looks like a slightly longer top rather than a dress.

MuscariFan · 06/06/2024 11:26

God, that's some unforgiving looking stuff (and so much of it see through).

I am old LOL.

DreadPirateRobots · 06/06/2024 11:28

How about some links/pics?

(Yes, I could Google but I'm in bed sick and headachy and feel lazy.)

Just go on the Marks & Spencer website? It’s literally on the front page.

PragmaticDramatic · 06/06/2024 13:24

@alliscalm I like the Broderie blouse but I picked up something similar in Primark the other week for significantly less. I think Zara has something similar too.

It's too samey. Six different white tops?

Shopgirl1 · 06/06/2024 13:59

I was in store and bought the khaki jacket and beaded top. Both really nice. Considered the black swimsuit also, but don’t really need it.

TequilaSunsets · 06/06/2024 14:27

I'm quite surprised by how underwhelming it looks online. Not as boho and 70s as I expected, but not quite the typical minimalist/oversized look either. A bit of a compromise between the two, and so rather bland.

MuscariFan · 06/06/2024 14:29

Came across this on Instagram - does look better on video than on the models, I have to say.

Love the turquoise ruffle maxi dress but as I'm pushing 60 and not 5'10 and 7 stone, I'd probably look like I'd wandered out in my nightie. Shame Sad

Klingfilm · 06/06/2024 14:40

I've bought the khaki jacket, I wish I lived close enough to one of the stores to go and look at it all in real life, might be tempted by more pieces then.

YYURYYUCICYYUR4ME · 06/06/2024 14:42

I did look, as am in the market for an interesting belt and saw the collection advertised with a coin belt, but underwhelmed this morning. Nothing grabbed me.

MissCherryCakeyBun · 06/06/2024 14:54

M&S jellyfish ruffles as they are known in our house. They have those daft ruffles everywhere and even on these. Shame the largest size is a 20

honeylou42 · 06/06/2024 15:11

Very disappointing collection

SilverHairedCat · 06/06/2024 15:13

Not a single thing because they stopped the sizing at 20.

As ever, M&S buyers seem to feel fat women don't deserve nice things.

AlltheFs · 06/06/2024 15:18

It’s a no from me, the colours aren’t me at all and too ruffly.
I’d love to wear white but it doesn’t suit me at all and I can’t keep anything clean for 5 mins.

I don’t dislike it, but it’s not something I’d wear.

Tappingthetopfloor · 06/06/2024 15:22

I liked the belt… that was it. Very underwhelming.

SirChenjins · 06/06/2024 15:31

It’s all a bit…odd. Nothing there that really jumps out and most of it looks like the stuff you can pick up in Primark. I like the printed shift mini dress and would wear that - just not with those hideous western mules.
