I picked up the cotton with lace detail blouse.I should receive it next week.

I’ve got my stuff this morning. The bag and the khaki jacket are perfect and I’m keeping them. I’m unsure about the quilted jacket. I like the pattern but the way it hangs on me makes my chest look huge - I’m overweight but I’m not sure it’s very flattering. Going to try it on again later with a different top and see how it looks.

The quilted jacket is a bit flimsy I found.

I finally collected/received all my bits. Keepers are:

quilted jacket, but, yes, it is rather flimsy
pyjama shirt
black leather belt
macramé bag
navy sarong

I think the belt is super quality for the price, and I do really like the print of the quilted jacket and it will be useful over dresses when the sun finally arrives. I will wear the pyjama shirt in the autumn and winter , it’s very ‘Toast, but for a fraction of the price. The bag I can take or leave but it may be useful for the beach on our summer holiday. Love, love, love the print and softness of the sarong, so much so that I have ordered the lighter option. I can’t get over how much I have had to size up to ensure the garments fit me comfortably. I’m a standard high street 10-12 and I ordered the signature lace shirt in a 14 but I reckon I need it in a 16 for it to look okay (I do tend to err on the side of roominess and can’t stand clothes that touch where they fit).

Beaded dress is very heavy, good quality just too short for me - I'm 5ft 8. Swimming costume cut into my bum! I got a 10 and I'm more an 8.

The white slip dress with a beaded tank top - beautiful! Felt very substantial as it’s properly lined. It fitted really well but I have now returned it as it just felt way too bridal!! Perfect for a beach wedding but I would have felt very akward wearing it otherwise.

The belt - it’s lovely and great quality but the sizing is off. The reviews at M&S say the same. I have 28” waist but size S was too small 😵‍💫 No way to get size M now. Gutted!!

Glad I’m not the only one with that experience with the swimsuit. I’m 6ft and a size 10 and the size 12 was still too short on the body and tiny on my behind…such a shame as I like the general idea of it.

Did anyone get the mesh top? There was none in my local store and it was sold out online when I discovered it. Keeping an eye out for returns.

I’d quite like the broderie blouse however given that the top that I bought was expensive then I don’t think I would be able to justify it. My hope is that I could get it in the sales but realise that’s probably not going to be the case.

The broderie blouse looked ridiculous on me. I had high hopes for the pink and blue shirts but they were strangely wide across the shoulders. Everything was just weirdly proportioned IMO.

The stuff on Vinted seems to be shifting. I’ve seen a few of the quilted jacket on for £80 which appear to have sold.

With any item I always ask myself - am I buying this because of the label ? In fact I have covered labels before and thought yup it could have come from Bonmarche.

Interestingly I'm in Corfu at the moment and they had every item except the macrame bag and the shoes available in most sizes in the M&S in Corfu town today . Strange that it's all in stock there and none to be had in the uk .
