..does it make my arse look enormous and the dress a bit meh?

The Dress

I was thinking with fantastic necklace, a shrug, fascinator and incredible shoes.

I want to wear this to get married and party (low-key, low-key, low-key) in June.

Obviously I need a different bra (duh)

SO whaddya think?

Oh you're just showing off.
What arse?
because my calves will never be that slim

Oliveoil · 30/03/2008 21:30

no to fur shrug either!

sorry, I am the lone voice, shall I bugger orrrf?

mazzystar · 30/03/2008 21:31

Dress is lovely, figure looks amazing, and the colour is great for you.

I think a shrug would kill it a bit, get some kind of glamourous, sheerish wrap thing, some knockout shoes and a funky clutch bag. I think fascinators are a bit day at the races/over really - what is your hair like? could you get away with some sort of up-do with sparkly things/or even flowers [depending upon your age] in it?

Maidamess · 30/03/2008 21:31

silver

Maidamess · 30/03/2008 21:32

Olive oil buggerorf we've got a wedding to shop for! Some of us are very excited!!

Oliveoil · 30/03/2008 21:34

well yes but those shrugs are minging!

dress sounds nicer now you have described skirt in silk and layers

S1ur · 30/03/2008 21:35

Sorry maidamess I think I'd look a bit fluffy in those though I completely see that you're right they would go well.

Yes yes mazzy! and tilly floaty could be good hopefully weather will be nice. (willfully ignores Olive )

Yeah I know fascinators, are a bit poo really. I love flowers, not sure where to look for that though, I'm under 30 is that young enough

Thanks Olive, yeah its kinda grey slate. Could go purple or blue in rl. But def purple stronger in pics which I think says something.

Ah cheers Wats

Fruit shoots are just a bit full of extra unneccessary stuff. but they come in exciting bottles. Think mners who go for organic/free-range/true fruit are a leetle dubious.

It that or because they are made from the piss of satan.

TillyScoutsmum · 30/03/2008 21:41

Like this wrap

and these shoes

Both available in lots of colours - silver might be nice

morningpaper · 30/03/2008 21:41

OMG you are a BABE

fantastic jubblies

I definitely would NOT stand next to you in any photos

Bewilderbeast · 30/03/2008 21:41

that dress is absolutely gorgeous and you have a fabulous figure

WideWebWitch · 30/03/2008 21:41

We basically all think you've got an amazing figure and great tits

TillyScoutsmum · 30/03/2008 21:42

aargh - shoes were wrong... like the ones called Blush

S1ur · 30/03/2008 21:42

Thanks Soph. am designating future ILs to childcare to avoid need to chase toddlers all day and then break my neck.

OP posts:
mazzystar · 30/03/2008 21:42

Maybe silvery would keep it summery, you could maybe even head slightly towards purply fuschia, which there will be lots of this summer. Under 30 - flowers no problem [I was 35 when I got married so was a bit past it].
