After wanting a Loewe for years, I finally splashed out and bought the large Flamenco in Warm Desert a couple of weeks ago. It’s by some margin the most I’ve ever spent on a bag. I’m away at the moment (yes: a £££ handbag AND a holiday) but will post a picture when I get back. I checked before buying and it is big enough to fit my laptop, so planning to use it for work when appropriate. I like that the branding is subtle - so only someone knowledgeable about handbags would have any idea what it cost. Very, very happy with it.

Went for a bra fitting last Thursday and accidentally bought a Strathberry mosaic in oat. All set for the summer now- hoisted and handbagged.

I’ve been using my old(ish) Bayswater this week.

I have a little Lancel cross body handbag that I got years and years ago that’s a very similar red and wear it all year round. I really like it with neutrals (black, white, tan, golds) - I often tie a silk scarf to it (usually blue/white) which I think makes it more summery.

I posted recently on another thread but this one’s busier so I’ll post again.

I’m coveting a Balenciaga city bag in yellow but I shall behave. The bag fund has been majorly depleted by my purchase of a Mulberry green Alexa.
I have seen quite a few of the Balenciaga’s on Vestaire for just over £500 so I think I’ll go down that route when the time comes… also I’m not sure if they still make it in yellow!

I am loving all these bags! I also bought this other Chanel recently but am going to wear it all year round as I love red! I bought a black Chanel boy wallet on chain too but not sure if I'll sell it on as not too keen on black!

@Penguinsmum - that red is gorgeous! I love red. There aren't enough red clothes and accessories, imo.

I've just been browsing for vintage Mulberry on the Handbag Clinic - has anyone used that site?

@EmpressOfTheThread I find the Handbag Clinic a bit of a rip off to be honest - they take a big commission. There are FB selling sites for Mulberry which are pretty good, some bargains to be had.

I agree. The colour is lovely. Don't save bags, use them! It's a crime to have something so nice in a cupboard.

On my covet list even though not at all required but very tempting with 25% off at matches is the t lock bag but in tan!

@RosesAndHellebores Anna Murphy wrote a Times articles a couple of weeks ago, which recommended a couple of brands in the same price range as Strathberry that I hadn’t heard of before. One was Wandler. The other a Dutch brand called Kaai. I really like this as a work bag from Kaai:

I am on a black Amberley too this week, but croc with silver hardware here. Love an Amberley, have it in Mulberry Green too.
