I should have bought the dress - please help.

I foolishly had a wobble and didn't buy the dress and it's now sold out everywhere (I can see) in my size 16/18.

Does anyone have any other ideas for tracking it down. It's a Monsoon bridal dress. Camilla

Not RTFT, but there was a dress I loved in monsoon for DD birthday but local store didn't have it, they could access stock for other stores and rang another store who sent it to my local store for me, so worth a try.

Ok so bad news didn’t find the dress however John Lewis have this to worth popping your email on their restock notifying system incase they get one returned (they only have up to size 10 currently) link is here

Am loving the Monsoon wedding dress love, I bought mine 20 odd years ago from there and still smile when I think about it, it was so cheap compared with all the bridal gowns in the boutiques and I just loved it, so simple but beautiful. I hope you find your dress OP.

@aliceinanwonderland I'm only just an 18 and a very 'awkward' shape. I think it might thrown me backwards if I bought it and couldn't get it over my thighs!

There is plenty of time to see if one pops up as a return or goes onto Vinted/ebay and also some lovely alternatives too

Some Monsoon stock is sold in other shops, worth looking to see if you can find it elsewhere

Have you tried doing an image search, using Google or Tineye? (I prefer Tineye).

Or Google the exact name of the dress, using quotation marks so Google looks for the exact phrase.

I know, I was thinking you could put in a cheeky offer.

If you type the exact name and description into eBay and filter by size, there’s a button where you can save the search and have it alert you by phone or email if someone lists one.

Anyway, on reflection I think I might prefer the Monsoon one 😕
