Sorry, no, but I was admiring them too.

(And actually thinking how difficult it is to costume a woman for Shetland if you want the character to look kind of interesting, but also believably dressed for wet weather, conducting interviews, wandering around desolate hillsides... Jimmy Perez’s uniform of jumper, jeans and pea coat was pretty much a male Sarah Lund, and looked rugged but reasonably practical for chasing suspects in.)

I saw something similar in Carvela of all places today. Not identical though.

I like her coat too with the asymmetric hem.

Last week she was wearing a black jumper with some yellow trim: deep cuffs and possibly a side-stripe that went up the shoulders to the neckline?
Did anyone else notice this and know where that is from?

Bingo! I've just seen the stout brown Blundstones with olive green elastic and am very tempted, but I have two pairs of Blundies already — admittedly one nearly 20 years old.

I have a very similar pair from Chie Mihara, but I bought them a few years back. You could try ebay/depop/vinted and see if anything comes up?

Jimmy Perez's uniform was pretty typical Shetland workwear, as is what Tosh wears. I worked up there for a while when I was younger and packed all my usual smart-casual work gear, but felt totally overdressed because everyone up to the chief executive worked in warm jumper (often fair-isle), jeans or trousers and sturdy boots.

@VeronicaBeccabunga did you find the jumper make ? I can’t read 13 pages as I’m a bit stressed atm with life.

Don't know about the boots but the coat is beautiful.

I love Tosh, but Tosh’s look isn’t cool. I can absolutely see real people wearing it, but Jimmy Perez’s look was cool. Like Sarah Lund’s cool jumper, jeans and coat look. Ruth is clearly inheriting the cool mantle.
