Does anyone know where Ashley Jensen's boots are from in Shetland please?

I don't think they are DMs as the label is wrong. Their name is on the loop at the top of the back of the boot but hers had a black label with green/yellow writing on it which went down the back of the boot. I only noticed as I too thought they were DMs but then noticed the label. I can't find who makes them though.

That type of boot yes, but the exact boots, with the softish leather, etc.

@JoanneD I think it is. I took a photo from my tv last night so I'll get it across from my phone to my iPad later. Good old Russel & Bromley! Used to have a shop here

Yours looks as good as mine, but I agree with you, I think these are the boots. I'm not really a Chelsea boot person, but I actually had a pair of Russel & Bromley ones back in the 90s. They were really hard to get on and off and uncomfortable to wear, but I really like these.

I've got boots like that from Primark , I think they are a copy of something very expensive but I've seen them in loads of shops .

I LOVE that, @Lynseyhibbert !! Why aren't all rollnecks detachable? Years ago I worked for an extremely stylish but very irritating woman who wore them, in cashmere, and sometimes gave the cast-off rollneck bits to me 😁

Walking past Joseph in Regent St the other day the coat styles were so similar. I could well imagine the perfect casual classic styling of that coat was last winter’s Joseph. The timing would be about right.
