So that's me with the M&S and the Molton Brown AC's, very happy with that! I can finally stop looking at every single advent calendar lol

I've bought the m&s and the boots beauty box and think I should probably stop now as I am subscribed to look fantastic boxes too so will be overrun with products. I'd originally decided not to get the m&s one but got a bit carried away with the hype! And the price is definitely better for me at the moment. I'd wanted Elemis and Lib one but couldn't really afford Elemis and Lib was just slightly too much for me- maybe if there's a discount soon!

I decided I'd spend just as much getting bits and pieces from other calendars and beauty boxes.

I really wanted it and there's nothing in there I won't use.

@HollyGolightly4 I'm excited for you! I was so tempted but in the end it wasn't for me. I think your reasoning is sound, and also the epitome of girl maths 😆but you are right, I've seen people on these threads balk at the price of the luxury ones and then buy 4 cheaper ones, ultimately spending more! If you love it and use it, it's worth it. I'm so curious about what the secret Vogue gift is

I’ve not bought anything yet, still have stuff from last year when I went mad and bought several AC’s and Beauty Chests , there was one I actually bought 2 of as it had a few things in it I actually use.

Im trying to hold out till Black Friday and then only buying if it’s really worth it as it can get a bit addictive - although still checking here every day in case I miss out on something 😂

I had a chat about ACs with colleagues yesterday and one of them knew of a few teens (in her daughter’s class) getting the Christmas beauty advents for HALLOWEEN!

I thought how bizarre but now I’m wondering, do I need a Halloween calendar? 😂

I don't mind bum bum, but I have about 4 tubs of the stuff in my stash 😳. If it had been the pink one then I would have gone for it, but the yellow isn't my favourite - and it's sooo strong!

I like the elasticizer though, so maybe still a good deal

Managed to order the sensible and practical Boots Awards box this morning and now I'm waiting for Boots Winter Skincare Gift to come in stock - thank you to the person who added the link the other day. It's another sensible and practical choice and I'll use it all.

Today I received my Retinol Box from Face The Future which I really, really wanted. Somehow I managed to spend £160 when placing the order with them, but the savings were fantastic on all items and I've got lots of items I know I'll be using.

Harper's Bazaar Box is an interesting selection but too expensive unless you'd actually want the products anyway.

Staying away from the new LiB Stylist Edit to curb my spending. I had last year's version which I really enjoyed.
Their Sarah Josel edit was back in stock on tiktok yesterday for around £41 for anyone interested.

Still no AC buy yet, not sure I ever will this year - I keep getting distracted by beauty boxes. Currently all stacked up at the back of my closet and the pile is almost reaching the ceiling as I haven't had time to sort through any of this stuff bought since end of August to now.

a few bits I won’t use on vinted. There are definitely things I won’t use (lipsticks abs possibly the Ordinary thing).

If I had entered the postcode lottery I could have bought lots of advent calendars as our postcode has won. Everyone gets a minimum of a grand but could be lots more. Kicking myself really hard for not buying a ticket 😫

Ok, you lot convinced me to order one. Looking at the sizes, it does seem like a good deal.

I think that I'll probably gift most of it to my my mum though (the stuff that I think she'll use), as I already have too much and I think that she'll enjoy the face products. I'll have the elasticizer 😄

Yeah! I managed to get one. I like the elastisizer (spellings may differ) too but will probably swerve the teeth whitener.

I really don’t need the Boots beauty box, but decided I’d buy it and divide it between myself and my DDs. I got to “add to basket” but it then says out of stock when you go to checkout.

That’s the Irish website, though. Very annoying. it happened all the time last year with advent calendars, too.

Glad Space NK is out of stock and I don’t have any more temptation.

I “only” have the boots premium advent so far and will probably just stick with that.

To be honest, as I just bought the No 7 yesterday as the sensible option, I'm probably as well off. The main attraction for me is the Elemis but I have loads of cleansing balms in my stash, including one Elemis. I also like the Bum Bum but it's not a huge pot. Same with Pixi Glow Tonic, which is tiny.

Some of the others I would like to try, others I would hate but dd would take them (tanning, the lipstick, soap and glory).

I have bought flannels fragrance as it is not much ££ and really would like that Boots box - what a bargain and I love elemis balm and bumbum cream.... but I cannot seem to order it, it keeps showing as in stock then out of stock. Huh.

Boots website is so so poor.
