It’s weird - nothing else seemed to have any flecks, but they were all over the black fabric 😱

@Dee1224 the moth talk is approximately around page 22 on the previous thread. I’ve made a mental note to re-read as there is a wealth of moth info

@Dee1224 , could it be damp where that coat was? What you describe tennis new if a kid of mold like feathery creature, like wispy cotton that grew on some house plants once.

I love those pj bottoms and thought it was a great idea to wear the top out @Laska2Meryls ! I spent the evening in the rust and blush check pjs, the ones that toast are offering in blue this yr. They're so comfortable.

Anyone else doing the watercolour class in the email this morning?

I wore the new poppies sale dress yesterday with a jumper , it was that cold, which is very ball-y. Will have to deball.

lovely to see purchases old and new. I’ve ordered the long sleeve jersey top . Not yet got the dispatch email which is a bit sloooow.

@faustina so they’ve arrived and my usual size is too small and the next size up is a bit tight. Trying to decide whether to keep it as I really like it because I am losing a bit of weight at the moment and the next size up is no longer there ( all sale has gone - where do they list such stuff?). The issue I have with skirts is that they almost never fit!

@Countmeout hmmm 🤔 do I now wish I had purchased that dress ? Looks lovely with that jumper.

@Countmeout Ah that dress looks fab, I’m regretting not trying it too. What’s the fit/sizing like please? It was a very good sale price so will look out for it in the next sale.

@Sooverthemill - that's a shame - this is why I don't buy skirts with a fixed waist. If you like it why don't you go onto their live chat with the code (which will be on the label) and ask if they have the next size up to try. then send back the one which is too small, hold onto the one which almost fits, and try it again when the bigger one arrives? They don't mind doing that straight after a sale so long as you have the item code so long as you do it promptly. Fingers crossed for you!

I would say the dress is fairly generous @Saurus72 . Sized down from normal high street size. But has no buttons on the front to challenge my chest. Length is good on me better than the fan one I’ve on today which seems awfully long by comparison. Although I do like long.

@Countmeout Thanks. The green fan one? I had that but sold it, it just felt massive and like there was too much fabric. Will definitely try the one you’re wearing if it’s in the next sale, sounds like my usual Toast dress size would be fine, thanks.

Toast outfit at work today - Needlecord Green Skirt from early 2022 (this was my first intro to Toast) and a v-neck tee in black from the recent sale. So comfortable!

The moth conversations have spurred me into action as we definitely have moths in the house and I have lost a few woollens. I have frozen some of my Toast jumpers to kill off any larvae and they are now going into vacuum zip lock bags with a moth ball. Looking on Mumsnet under moth postings has made me buy some sachets with Trichogramma which release ‘wasps’ which in turn eat the larvae. I have also bought some pheromone sticky pads and other things. I am on this!

@ToastCosILoveIt , can you say sobering more about the releae of wasps????
