The trousers are neither here nor there.
I like the first 2 tops but the last bigger check one is very blah.

Yes, the trousers were described as wide leg crops, but somewhat clearly aren’t!

Disappointed this morning to have received the wrong sale scarf from toast.
I ordered the Shoreline Block Print Cotton Bandana but have received the Beach Check Hand Woven Bandana instead, which is £10 cheaper.
The one I wanted went oos soon after I ordered it so probably no chance of getting it now.

Does the high stiff neck bother you on this shirt ? I reluctantly returned it for this reason. Thought it might keep digging in

I haven't worn it yet tbh. I really like it under the black coffee sundress. The collars ok for me. It's maybe a tad annoying. I may still return it.
The larger size was just too big. The smaller size is slightly too small. Tbh, I'm wondering if I'll wear it enough to justify keeping it. I find the material generally a bit scratchy.

That is really rubbish. It may come back in the next sale? You could try and contact toast and see if they have any left in stock. You never know.

Yes, there were too many ifs and buts for me to warrant keeping it. My new rule is I have to really like something to keep it and I was trying too hard to try and make this top work but I loved the colour , fabric, quality. It looked best open as a little jacket over my slate pinafore but even then it didn’t quite work for me

@ScottishMouse i find the Toast linen boy tees work best under the v neck. The tshirt needs to be quite fitted and high necked I think for it to work. Otherwise it’s all uneven and looks messy. I usually wear the white linen tee and I think it works well

@ScottishMouse i also have a number of allsaints T-shirts that are now too small and short for me so I think I might resurrect them too.

@neveradullmoment99 I’ve contacted toast with all the details and they have asked me to send a photo of the bandana I received.

I’ve just put in a last minute order for the starfish jacket and the mustard tank, not sure why! Anyone tried the starfish? It’s very reduced, assume it wasn’t too popular

@ilovecherries the trousers definitely look much better with these two tops. I think the slight tuck at the front makes all the difference. The important thing is how do you feel in them ? How do they look and feel when you move around in them? I’d return them if you have niggles. Put the money toward something you love.

Yes, I think I’ve been looking for wide leg ecru trousers all through spring and now I’ve got these it feels sort of settling as I think they probably aren’t quite right.

The Annie’s in ecru are easier to style I think. They’re quite long on me but best through the hips. I never have had success with Toast full length trousers (except Gabi) . I like them best with the first tank thingy.

@ilovecherries the trousers do look more ecru in the second lot photos you sent. They looked a little buttery creamy, more tinged with yellow in the first photos. I’m also on the hunt for ecru trousers, probably denim, but not the Annie’s as my bottom looks uber pancake flat in them (all the fault of the trousers of course).

My order of the black coffee linen dress has been cancelled. I am a bit disappointed but I will get over it 🤣

I also had to contact Toast today as quite a big return has not been acknowledged or refunded. I sent two items back last Friday and one on Monday both from the same order. Other stuff I sent back after that has been refunded.

I have had an acknowledgment from Toast but still no refund. 🙃

I crossed with @Countmeout . I love everything about the Annie’s except for the bum issue ! I’d love Toast to bring out the Ashley style in ecru - I think they did a few years ago.

I love the tank on you @ilovecherries - was thinking about it myself, but had ordered too much already!
